I ordered 3 gardening planners, because I couldn’t tell which would work best. This is THE one and I like it so much already that I just ordered a wnd one for next year! First of all, this book is bigger than expected. The cover reminds me of a composition book so I assumed it would be around that size. It’s much bigger, more like the size of a sheet of paper. I love that this is a true planner, not a record book. It goes month by month, week by week where you can write down what needs to get done in the garden and check it off. There are also cute spaces to reflect on each week/month, and make notes on whatever you want. It does have about 3 pages of graph paper. I wouldn’t mind having a few mire, but I can always tuck in extra sheets if needed.

I love this notebook – just the right size and encourages me to make notes about what I did in the garden, which otherwise I would forget. I would recommend this.

Well organized for annual review with pertinent notes to review outcome. The cover feels like oil cloth, really beautiful as a gift for your avid gardener. Highly recommend.

This is a beautifully laid out, A4 sized journal. The designers have considered many aspects of planning & undertaking gardening projects to produce a journal which is easy to use.The journal can be started at any time of the year and includes a brainstorming section, pages for notes & planting ideas as well as an at a glance year planner. There are graph paper sheets to design layouts & a very useful appendix. The weekly things to do sections provide a logical layout for each job area such as planting, pruning, harvesting & propagation. This would be useful if you’re starting a garden from scratch or planning & maintaining an already established area.I’m delighted with this journal and am using it to plan our gardens at home and our allotment.

I was looking for a gardening journal so all of the information I need is in one place, I can keep track of what I did this year, what failed and what flourished. How much plant food etc. The bonus was that it came with this gorgeous cover. The colors are vibrant and just make me happy.
