    Simple and great!
    This journal has been very helpful keeping me on track with seasonal detoxes. I always come back to it when I feel I need some accountability. It has enough detail but not too much. I find it simple to use.

    Spaces are big enough for all text. Use the elements you want and leave the rest! Found it very interesting to track my sleep patterns!

    Personally, I’d like a few more options for notes
    It’s fantastic to start with, and it’s very basic so it doesn’t overcomplicate tracking, but I only noticed, once I began filling out the first page, that there are prewritten sections that I’m probably never going to use, and I’d rather they were different. For instance, I can’t eat fruits on my diet and when I eat veggies, I just list them under breakfast, lunch, or dinner so I’m not going to re-list them in the “fruits/veggies” section, so that section isn’t useful for me. Instead, I wish there was a “weight” and “vitamins” section, so I can easily track weight loss and nutrient intake. But, these are small things, so I just scratched out what I don’t need and filled in what I do.

    I bought this book to help me track what I eat. It is great because it allows you to write everything and including your all your water intake. It makes you more aware of what you’re eating and drinking drinking during the day.
