    Currently using an A5, 12 week/84day food diary (photographed alongside this one for size reference). This one is a 100 day food diary and has everything and more, that my current one has. I believe it is B5 in size, which is slightly bigger than A5 (shown in photographs). There’s the daily food, calorie, exercise and water logging pages, but there’s additional details on these pages that are missing from my current diary, such as fruit and veg portions, sleep tracking, supplement and medicine tracking, and allergy, stress and energy level tracking. There are also some blank pages at the back, along with a notes page and a graph paper page, for you to add your own information, or to create a graph or table yourself. Overall, for £3.50 I feel this is a far superior food diary in comparison to some that are twice the price. All you need now are some different coloured pens, some stickers, and the ability to tap into your creativity in order to really make this your own. Really looking forward to using this food diary.

    This has been quite helpful in getting me started on my eating plan and progress reports. I wish it were a bit smaller so I could more easily carry it with me to work and about. Otherwise, I have to remember and list all at the end of my day instead of as I go and do.

    Lots of great ways to track your daily habits. I realize most people use their phones for this but, I think writing it out makes it more real.
