Jazzy Jeanne –
This book is so well laid out and easy to use, helpful and inexpensive. I’ve dropped 43 pounds so far as I’ve worked with its pages each day.
Linda Long –
Each page has a bunch of different sections in which you can track what you need. You can make notes about each day and it leaves a lot of room for everything. In the back you can write down different foods you eat a lot so that you have an easy reference. The one thing I dislike is that half of the pages don’t have a grid on the nutrition chart, so it’s hard to keep things organized, especially if you have poor handwriting like I do. Other than that, I really like this book.
