Great Watch for a Great Price
We bought this watch in May 2022 for our 9 year old and we love it! The app is great and easy to use and the battery lasts close to 2 weeks before needing to be charged (I haven’t actually tracked when we charge it, but it’s not frequent). The information seems pretty accurate, I wonder about the accuracy of the sleep start time but the wake up time seems fine! And that’s not really a feature we bought the watch for, so that doesn’t bother us. In December the watch broke where the strap goes (on the non-charging side), my child was still able to wear and use it with tape, but we wondered if there was another fix that might be possible, so we contacted BIGGERFIVE to see if there were any options and their customer service is amazing! They immediately offered to replace the watch and even in the rush of Christmas orders, we received the replacement n less than 2 weeks! I would definitely buy this watch again for another child if I was looking for one. Great watch for a great price!

Sent a free replacement when the first one wouldn’t charge
We ordered this for our 8 year old daughter’s birthday. Prior to that date, we plugged it in and attempted to have it charged up and ready for her to use when she opened it on her birthday, but no matter what we tried, we could not get it to charge. I was initially disappointed there was no support like to call, however I did send an email to the company. They responded back asking me to send photos of the charging and item, to which I did. They then said they would send me a new item free of charge, with no need to return the original. So now we have 2 extra straps should we ever need them which is awesome. While I’m not certain the step count is super accurate (from waking in the morning and walking to my bedroom, she took 89 steps…I assure you I don’t live in a mansion haha) and sleep seems to only ever start tracking at midnight regardless of when she feels asleep, it is cute and makes her happy. I like that I can set an alarm on it for various times. I’m also super happy I spent $30ish dollars versus hundreds. Definitely worth a try if your little one is just starting out on their fitbit journey.

    Great Fitness Tracker for Kids
My 10-year-old daughter loves this fitness tracker watch. It’s stylish, fits her wrist well, and she can change the watch band colour (ours were pink and purple). She likes that she can set her own step goal. Battery life is good, she charges it every 3-5 days, as described in the listing. After about 6 months of use, one of the plastic ends of the tracker broke (which hold the watch band to the tracker). We contacted the seller and sent them a photo of the issue and the original invoice. The customer service was absolutely wonderful! They sent a replacement watch right away and it arrived just a few days later. They even followed up to make sure the new one was working well and that we were happy with it. My daughter was thrilled to have her watch back!I think the only downside is that the bands are hard to get clean after a lot of use. Maybe we just haven’t found the right cleaner, though!Overall, I would definitely recommend this product as a starter fitness tracker. And I highly recommend the seller for their customer service!

Ok But the Alarm Is Very Weak
I wanted a small, wrist alarm to wake me up at night and thought this one would do the trick.First off this fitness tracker is very small and is made for kits. The wristband fit on the 3rd last hole but if you have larger wrists the band will not fit. It is generally comfortable to wear but sometimes I did find it blocked some of the circulation to my hand and my hand would go aleep or get kinda numb.In order to use and program this tracker you must download the app, agree to terms and conditions and disclose an email address. I had trouble initially ‘Binding’ the app to the tracker but once I did the connection stayed until the battery died. Once the battery died completely I had to re-bind the tracker to the app before it would read the correct time etc …. Note if you don’t let the battery die completely it maintains it’s connection and pairing. The fitness tracking info is pretty basic and it does a reasonable job. The display on the watch face is svery small but legible. I the alarm clock features is easy to program and good for setting reminders to take pills for exampe or supper time etc…. When an alarm is triggered the tracker vibrates 3 times to let you know and then stops. You don’t have to acknowledge the alarm … it just stops after 3 vibrations. Unfortunately the vibrations are not strong enough to wake you up while sleeps so as a wake up alarm this fitness tracker does not work. The alarm featues is only good as a reminder when awake. The build quality if this tracker is good, considering the price. The band is held on my friction fit and you have to take the band off everyting time you need to charge the device. I can see where this would become a problem as the band or plastic on the tracker wears out. Charging isn’t the best either. You need to first orientate the usb in the proper direction in order for the device to charge. (it can be inserted in both directions), There is a little red charging indicator light but it is so dim and small that you need to turn the lights off in the bathroom just to see it.Overall for the $40 price tag this tracker is OK and does the job. It works pretty well and is very small and compact. While designed for kids, adults with small wrists will be able to wear it. The fitness tracking is pretty basic but good. The alarm is adequate for reminders but too weak as a wake up alarm. Build quality is inline with the price.

Both of my kids (12 and 7) have one of these watches, and other than breaking the “strap holder” on one of the bands, we haven’t had any issues at all. They’re easy to charge, and are still holding their charge for over a week. My daughter uses her own phone to sync her watch with the app, and my son uses my phone. No issues at all with the syncing or with the app. They take care of it by themselves, and I haven’t had to troubleshoot any problems. The step counter seems pretty accurate.A couple things to point out that don’t really affect my rating of these watches:– the lighter colored bands get dirty/grungy, and you can’t get the stains out (I tried EVERYTHING). But I think it would be the same for any watch band of this material, not just the ones from this company.– I wouldn’t put much stock into the sleep monitoring function. According to these watches, neither of my kids get more than a few hours of deep sleep. Also, I tried purchasing replacement bands by searching for “ID115U replacement bands” as suggested in the Q&A for this listing. While the connections are fine, be aware that these bands are significantly longer than the ones that came with the watch. They’re okay (barely) for my 12 year old, but way too long for my younger kid (the band circles all the way around his wrist to the watch face, and just doesn’t fit as well as the “BiggerFive” replacement bands).

I’ve been using this as a watch/alarm for at least 7 years and it’s great because I don’t need a physical alarm clock. Down-sides are that it doesn’t automatically recognize time changes when you travel. I was horrified to be late to a wedding shower when I assumed it would accommodate. You have to manually update when you change time zones. It lasts a couple of years, but the plastic attachment at some point breaks, and then there is no alarm. I resort to setting my phone at that point but it’s so annoying! I’m now keeping a spare on hand. Can’t speak to fitness, I don’t use those features.

I wanted to get my kid a smartwatch but being a kid we didn’t need all the bells and whistles. This watch is perfect for what we wanted. A great adorable option! Would purchase again or gift!Pros:-Long lasting battery, about 4 to 5 days.-Super easy to charge I don’t need a cord I can just plug it directly into a USB.-Fits kids to adults-Comes with two wrist bands to switch it up-Tracks steps-Has an alarm-Has a stopwatch-Calorie counter-Sleep trackerCons:- Not “waterproof”-Doesn’t have pulse reader-Has to be connected to a phone-Only 1 watch can be connected per phone- App drains my phone battery if left on**I have installed the app on my phone and connected this watch to my phone for basic setup. I then disconnected my Bluetooth. If I don’t do that the app drains my phone battery. Once I open the app I have to manually go inside and stop it from running also. Pretty annoying but since I don’t do this daily it’s ok. Since this is for a child and once a week we go in and reconnect Bluetooth between the watch and my phone and can view her sleep and steps for that week. Not sure how accurate it is but it does seem pretty accurate

I have used this for over 30 days. It seems fairly accurate for steps and sleep. I have been satisfied with the step tracking and sleep tracking. The band discolored after just two weeks of wear. It has picked up black off some of the clothes I wear and has discolored where the band meets my wrist. I’m not very satisfied with that. This watch is terrible at notifications. It has only notified me twice of any phone call or even to “celebrate” my hitting my steps goal one time each. With no rhyme or reason to why it won’t do that. Bluetooth is correctly set up and says it’s working- so it must be a bug. It isn’t a big deal to me- that’s why I don’t have an Apple Watch- I need less notifications. But if this is important to you, I wouldn’t recommend this watch. This band is definitely for kids, if you are an adult with larger bones, this band won’t work for you well. I had to keep it at the third band hole. Of course it is listed for children, so it’s not a big surprise.I would say this is a great watch at a good price point for kids. There is a second band in the box also and an option to find more replacement bands. It is easy to charge for kids or adults.

I bought this for my 7 year old as an inexpensive way to set reminders for him throughout the school day and it has been a good solution. The app is easy enough to use and I am able to set multiple reminders, including wake up, sedentary reminder, and general. Plus he loves tracking his steps! One thing to note…there is a stop watch function, but if you’re looking for something with a timer (where you can set an amount of time and get notified when it’s up) this won’t do that. We did also have an issue with the screen dying on our first one a few months in, but the company was quick to respond and sent a replacement right away. All in all a good experience and a great inexpensive option.
