  1. Miryam

I’m in love with this planner
Super nice, good quality, lots of space to write and many options to use. I will buy it again

  2. Riverbank Hank

Good Product But Overkill (at least for me)
It is very thorough, and the price is reasonable, but I am only giving it 3 stars because it’s impractical. It’s kinda big to carry around the gym with you. It’s only good for 105 workouts. So, if you work out 5 times per week that’s 21 weeks. Not even half a year. But the amount of details you can track on these pages, in this format, is waaaay overkill. If anyone actually used this journal to it’s fullest, they would be spending more time writing and recording than actually working out. It’s enough of a struggle to stay motivated, make time for the gym, do all of your proper warm-ups and stretches, then to have to stop and write everything down, including what you ate each day? I doubt anyone but a small percentage of people are really going to stick with this format. With the size of these pages, they could re-format it to be able to hold a whole week’s worth of workouts on 2 pages, so the thing would actually be good for a whole year. I would never buy this again. I can just go and get a little 4×6-ish day-planner or diary from the dollar store or office supply store and that would be way more efficient for my intended purpose, which is just to track workouts, sets and reps, with maybe the odd note added.

  3. Juan Pablo Midence

Lots of options. You can log in a wide variety of details. Definitely recommended for 5$.-

  4. NinnieUGA

The log book is okay. You can record a decent amount of exercises and other info like sleep, cardio, etc. I just would prefer a smaller size than 8×11”

  5. Adam Beards

Great logbook. Lot’s of helpful categories to chart your progress. worth the $5.
