It Works Well and Looks Good
• This is our first basket-style air fryer, which we selected mostly on the basis of positive reviews. However, we were concerned that because the bulk of the reviews are from those who received their fryers as a promotion, there might be some bias. We paid for ours and these comments are honestly what we think. And, so far at least, we also rate this fryer highly. We will update this review if needed. • We looked at virtually every air fryer on Amazon.ca, and viewed dozens of online reviews before deciding to buy this one. The short list was eventually down to this Fabuletta and the COSORI CAF-DC601 TurboBlaze These two fryers are nearly identical in shape, specifications and functions, but the COSORI costs significantly more, for a few more control functions that we wouldn’t use anyway. Even the internal drip grid (crisper plate) appears to be identical. • It fits on the kitchen counter and easily clears the upper cabinets. It’s roughly 10” wide, 12” high and 12” deep (including the handle). • It’s not very heavy; anyone could easily move it around. This includes moving it shortly after use, as the outside does not get really hot. • When we opened the package, there was an odd smell, but it dissipated almost immediately on washing the basket and wiping down the fryer, as instructed. The first run, to burn off any manufacturing chemicals, did not produce much smell; we were happy about this, given so many comments about other fryers producing horrible smells. The first actual use produced no noticeable smell. • The control panel is very intuitive; you don’t need to read the instruction manual to understand it. • We like that it has presets that include preheat and dehydrate, like the more expensive and well known brands. We also like that it beeps when it’s time to flip the food over (IE “shake”). • The instruction manual is simply written and includes a few recipes. We expected a lot more recipes, but of course, there are many that one can download on the Internet. • It seems well-built, but only time will tell. Fit and finish is good. • The drawer opens and closes easily by depressing a little catch on the handle. We think that this is better than fryers with only a friction catch, as we don’t need to hold on to the fryer body to keep it from moving. • The fryer goes into standby upon removing the basket. We understand that some fryers don’t do this. • One can modify the time and temperature of the presets after selection. One cannot, however, store new preselect values, as on some other fryers. On the other hand, time and temperature needed will vary depending on the quantity and composition of the food, so we don’t miss this frill. • We like that the time and temperature can be changed while the fryer is running. • It is switchable between F and C by simply holding the temp up and down arrows for a few seconds. We didn’t see this feature until Fabuletta pointed it out to us in an email. • We sent Fabuletta an email asking about warranty, as we thought that the one-year warranty may not apply to one bought from the Fabuletta store on Amazon.ca, but would apply if we bought directly from Fabuletta (the manual is a bit ambiguous about this). They responded that in addition to the Amazon 30-day return guaranty, Fabuletta has an unconditional one-year warranty. • The fan automatically changes speed as needed, but cannot be manually adjusted. • The basket is large and easy to clean. We like the squarish shape, as it can hold most bacon strips without cutting them up. • The power as high about as it can be and still work on a normal 15-amp circuit. • The maximum temperature is 450F, which we think is hot enough. Teflon.com states that Teflon should not be heated above 500 F, which we suspect applies to other, similar coatings. • Contrary to what a few others have reported, our fryer is reasonably quiet, even on the fastest fan speed. On slow speed, it’s almost silent. Also, the outside case is plastic, not metal. • It’s easy to keep clean, with its lack of knobs and switches, and its rounded case.

Fantastic Air Fryer
Love this machine. I did research on many air fryers. I went by the reviews and decided to go with Fabuletta. The performance is great, it’s nice looking and easy to use and clean. The biggest plus is that it doesn’t smoke at all during cooking. I had been using a Dash air fryer oven, which smoked horribly. After two Dash ovens, I decided to try a straight up air fryer. So glad I did. This machine does everything I want in a nice generous sized unit that takes up way less room. I highly recommend!

Finally, a present that was a hit instead of a miss
We hadn’t had an air fryer before, and I chose this one for a birthday gift just based on reviews. I don’t know if there’s something better, but it is really good. Easy to program, easy to clean, looks OK sitting in the pantry. The ease of use and good performance means the gift has got used a lot, lots more than other gadgets like the InstaPot or SodaStream or lots more. So unless you are an air fryer expert and know why some other unit could possibly be better, you will not go wrong with this one.

Poor non stick coating. Avoid!
Non stick coating doesn’t last! Unless you want to eat the coating in your food I’d recommend you don’t buy this air fryer. Go with a Ninja instead the coating lasts way better. It’s really too bad as the machine works well but I’m not a fan of eating teflon.Picture is after maybe a dozen uses. It’s just going to keep flaking off! Can’t be healthy eating this toxic stuff.Also, I reached out to the company and they did not stand behind the product and would not replace the tray.

Great air fryer!!
My first air fryer and I went with this model after investing other brands and reviews. I’ve used this a few times now and realize I should have bought one long ago! Game changer for wings, veggies and fries so far. Clean up is super easy with this and it looks really nice (I got white). I like the display on top as well. Definitely would recommend. This model has everything I need. Also to note, when doing first test run and cooking after, no smoke or burning smells at all as some have commented. Second photo is my wings almost done. Zero prep other than salt/pepper with a dash of oil spray.

Very quiet fryer
This is such a quiet air fryer. Had Corsi air fryer which is very costly to buy and loud. This air fryer is very affordable and super quiet. Does require pre-heating before using but after that it’s amazing to use daily.

This is my first air fryer. I don’t know why I waited so long. This is super easy to use and food comes out crispy and tasty. It’s kind of big but it holds a lot of food. It’s really easy to clean. Great quality for a great price. I recommend this air fryer.

Item listed as having tempered glass and stainless steel. Entire body is plastic, While disappointing, I’m ok with plastic if it arrives unmarked. This one didn’t. Lots of scratches and swirls fresh out of the box. Have opted for a replacement and return. Am hoping unit #2 is acceptable.
