    Great buy
A great addition to my kitchen pans. Cleans easy. I love the way it cooks my beef, chicken and veggies.

  5. Karen Prince

    Not made in USA
Only used it once so far but it worked great. I looked at similar products on line and didn’t buy them because they were made in China and then low and behold when I got this one it too was made in China. Disappointed in that but time will tell if it holds up or not.

    Great so far
I’ve used this 2 times so far to make some beef in the oven for 4-5 hrs each time. The food came out juicy. Very easy to wash

  7. Carol Kohl

    Even heating
Although a heavy pan, I have found it very versatile by roasting a small chicken to making a batch of chili in it. Very easy to clean

    My first ever
I love this cook wear. Perfect size fo a small family. My ONLY complaint is that it is now available in RED (although the blue is pretty) which now matches other pieces I purchased in this colour. I’m starting a nice collection of enamelled cast iron pieces because I loved this one sooooooo much. If u r on the fence as to this purchase…..push ur self over….u won’t regret it.

  9. Excelente, muy bonito

Es muy bonita el color brillante. No me gustó que sea muy pesada.

This large Enameled Braiser has been a phenomenal work horse for me, and without any issue of chipping or cracking as I follow all directions thoroughly. It it such a beautiful addition to my collection of cookware, especially for enamel. It is well coated, and so easy to clean. It heats evenly and fast just using low heat that my recipes are actually cooking better. This is a company I never heard of, but is now at the top of my list. It is heavy at about 11.3 lbs., plus more with food, but it’s size, balance and greatly designed handles make using quite easy. Personally, I do not put in dishwasher nor use metal utensils because I want it to stay beautiful and not mar the finish. Always on my stove ready to use, which is often.A NOTEWORTHY UPDATE: I am so in love with having the Bruntmor braiser, that I recently jumped at the chance to also buy a new Le Creuset 3.5 qt. braiser on a huge sale. I decided to add to my collection as everyone praises it. On my first day as I washed it with just a gentle foam sponge before 1st use, and the interior enamel just chipped off. Due to sale, it was sold out, so no exchanges and if I returned, there was no guarantee I would ever get that price again, so I am now in the process of exchanging via warranty. (Still thinking I should have just returned as my trust has been broken). Meanwhile, my Bruntmor is still perfect and looks like new. I suggest if you are pondering a purchase of Bruntmor, trust all the high reviews and treat it well and follow the instructions. Being Le Creuset didn’t guarantee quality, so why pay more? Lesson learned firsthand.

I live alone and found that a lot of the cookware I used to use just sat taking up cupboard space. I then reevaluated what my cooking needs were. I kept my big Soup pot because I do make bone broth on a regular basis but every cookware I had like my deep chicken fryer, my 10 and 12 skillets…gave them to a family member that was grateful to receive my cookware. I read up, compared prices, read reviews, bought a well made 6 and 8 skillet with lids, a 3 quart cooking pot BUT I still needed a go to cookware piece. I decided on this Braiser. I used it the most so I consider it does what I was hoping for. It is deep enough to brown meat and chicken before I bake them ( the versatility of the Braiser allowing one to do that, range to oven, I love it) It cleans fine. I leave it on top of my stove to cool, later I put it in my sink with water and Dawn, let it sit and later I clean the baked on stuff easily with a non scratching scrubber. Cooks evenly, cleans like a dream and holds heat wonderfully. I’ve had no issue with the enamel either. It’s made well.

I received the pan 12 days ago and I’ve used it 4 times. Each time it’s worked perfectly. I have an induction stove top and it’s a pain because only certain types of pots and pans will work. Also, it’s a gamble to order pans that claim they’re “induction compatible” since that doesn’t necessarily mean they work well with induction, it just means they will work (sometimes poorly). Cast iron works the best with induction but they’re a pain to clean and stainless steel does a good job, but you have to be careful with the cook temps. Even though the pan is heavy (cast iron) the enameled so far has been such a pleasant cooking and cleaning experience. I’ve transferred it to and from the stove without issues as well. I have not had any issues with the enamel yet. I love to cook so I’m glad to have found this relatively inexpensive braiser that works really well on my stupid induction stove top.Edit: 2 years later and it still works great. I use it at least twice a week and still have not had any issues with the enamel. still very pleased with this skillet!
