WARM TIPS:

    Nachdem ich mit dem kleineren Topf super zufrieden bin, habe ich direkt den größeren Topf gekauft.Endlich habe ich einen Topf für ein 500g Brot. Wird perfekt im Backofen bei 210 Grad für 1 Std. 15 Minuten.Die Keramik kann auf jeden Fall mit den teuren Marken mithalten.Heizt schnell auf und es brennt nichts an. Pflegeleicht zu säubern, nur mit heißem Wasser auswischen.. Fertig!Kann ich nur empfehlen 👍

    This 2 quart pan is a great size for small side dishes or a single person cooking their meal. The enameled cast iron keeps its heat well and well distributed in the pan (& heats up quickly). The lid is also the same material so when there is a simmer, the contents of the pan stay evenly hot. This pot’s handle doesn’t heat up like my black cast iron pan does (and I need a sleeve to touch the handle). The lid handle DOES heat though if the fire is still on the pot when the lid is in place.It can be put in the oven which is a plus when I think about subbing this out for my cast iron at times.I hand wash this. Don’t put it in the dishwasher! It will weaken the integrity of the pan and shorten its life. It also won’t work as it is supposed to.It’s heavy even for a small pan (that’s cast iron!). Just so you are prepared! It’s high quality and worth its weight (pun intended!) It’s a great price for all it offers!
