Bang for your buck!
Uses the type C port so it plugs straight into a Quest 3s headset. Zero latency so It works great with Smash Drums. Not sure how it could work with a battery pack type head strap that would use the same port. Comfortable and sounds good. Long cord with the usual volume and mic control. Haven’t use the mic yet.

My old headset was a Corsair Void Pro wireless that finally died after 7 years, and I was looking for a cheap headset that hopefully wouldn’t be too bad in comparison. My comparisons are going to be against my old headset as that’s my frame of reference.After reading a ton of reviews, I tried several, and settled on this one.For some reason the green headset is only $25 while the rest are $36, $43, and $45. Coupled with the 15% coupon available, I paid only $21.87 with tax. It’s an amazing deal for this headset, based on my experience so far.The sound is clear and DOES have the surround sound element. Sound is comparable to my old Corsair–great for listening to music and also for playing Overwatch, hearing the direction the footsteps are coming from. (I am not an audiophile, so your mileage my vary. I AM a gamer, so you can trust me on the directional audio in FPS games.) Somewhat muffles outside noises.The mic is alright. It’s similar to my old Corsair in that you can flip it up–but weirdly, it does NOT turn off when flipped up. It very outputs your voice clearly enough. My voice sounded almost the same to me as my old one when I recorded it on Audacity, but my friend says it’s got a tinny sound to it. But everything I say is clear, and this is with my speaking voice at low volume. Not sure about background cancellation–it IS a cheap mic so don’t expect too much.It’s also a plus that the seller takes the time to educate you on why usb connections are better, and yes, it uses a usb connection.The headset feel is decently comfortable, although it pinches my wide (?) head a little after I’ve worn it for longer than 2 hours. My ears hurt after wearing it for several hours. It IS new, though, so we’ll see if it loosens up after a bit. The build is similar to my old Corsair, although the cups do NOT swivel. The earpads are faux leather and do get warm–would have preferred the breathable cloth cushion type.The cable is braided and feels sturdy. There is a volume wheel/ mic mute doodad halfway down the cable that keeps getting caught against the edge of my desk.* * *Caveat: The one down side is that I saw a couple of reviews talking about their headsets simply having a part fall off in a matter of months. They do offer a “2-year-protection plan” in the description. I am uncertain if this is the same as a replacement warranty. What exactly does their “protection plan” do in this context? I guess we’ll find out if this headset suddenly falls apart like those unfortunate souls’.

Really tight, not flexible
I bought this because it is USB powered, most headsets on Amazon are 3.5 and my 3.5 port is broken so I needed a USB set. When I put them on they squeezed my head so tight that I had migraines. I was going to return them so I bought another few sets (from Amazon and stores nearby) but they all turned out to be 3.5 powered even though they came up as USB. I ended up thinking I’d try to stretch them out by using the back rest of my chair and it helped a bit but I was afraid if I pushed it they would snap. I will keep them and keep looking for another USB set in the meantime. When buying these types of headsets, you should look to see if the band piece is flexible so you can stretch them out. This band is plastic and any wrong move and they can snap like my other set did!

Only one ear worked and it sounded very poor.
Only one side of the headphone worked. It was short of bass response and murky mid range/treble

Ist ein extrem gutes Headset! Mikrofon ist sehr klar und der Sound ist wirklich extrem Das ist ein extrem gutes Headset! Das Mikrofon ist sehr klar und der Sound ist wirklich extrem deutlich, ohne irgendwelche Störgeräusche oder Ähnliches und mit schönen Bässen. Fühlt sich auch nach mehreren Stunden tragen sehr angenehm an und man hat kein Druckgefühl an den Ohren/Kopf. Kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Der Kundensupport antwortet extrem schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Würde es jederzeit wieder holen! Ist sein Preis definitiv wert 🙂

Pour le moment c’est correct. Le son est bon et le micro fait très bien son travail. Mon ancien casque faisait un retour du son des écouteurs dans le micro surtout les voix. Et très compliqué de régler sur OBS. Là c’est nickel. Juste un point sert un peu plus au niveau de la tête et donc aux oreilles.
