Excellent Product!
This audio monitor does everything we hoped it would do! We needed something to allow us to monitor a person with a medical condition in our home, and that provided the ability for 2-way communication and this unit does that perfectly. On the monitor side it is silent unless there is irregular noise or talking, and responding to talk is easy-just like using a walkie-talkie. As it is not being used for a baby, we like that it looks more like a 2-way radio as well. The only drawback so far is that the rechargeable batteries don’t always make it through the night if you forget to charge it during the day, even when the unit is turned off most of the day. It will then sound an alarm tone similar to telephone busy signal in the middle of the night when it is reaching the discharge level. When we remember to charge the batteries, it does what we expected it to do!

Can’t be trusted
Will be returning.My major concern is the monitor will randomly disconnect. Batteries are charged and both devices are on, our house is very smalls there is no way it’s out of the advertised range. It will pick up sound if he makes a loud enough cry. But that’s obviously not what I want.It’s very close to him. It’s not a distance issueA design flaw is that it makes a loud beep when turned on.

Good except for an important design flaw
Update — the seller offered a full refund and is working to correct the issue. They really do seem to stand by their product and customer satisfaction. Will update my full review below when it is resolved. They may prove 5 star worthy TBD.First of all, it does what it’s supposed to. I wanted an audio monitor for the baby and it even has some fancy extras — I especially appreciate the white noise feature. Temp reading is nice to have too.But now the problem — both units make a musical sound when you turn them on, and the parent unit makes an even louder sound when it pairs. I have to cover the speaker with my palm and *hope* the sound doesn’t wake the baby when I turn it on! And then leave the room and do the same for parent unit… so the white noise (controlled by the parent unit) gets turned on later. Designed by people who have never used it for its intended purpose.

Needs to be plugged in to work
To anyone wondering, contrary to the description and the pictures presented, the baby unit NEEDS to be plugged in to work. No batteries and not rechargeable. The parent unit does have batteries and is rechargeable.We bought this specifically to go camping. We wanted to hear if baby woke up in the tent while we were nearby but outside, and this product turned out to be totally useless.Otherwise, quality seems good, sound is good, it paired automatically when plugged in.I just wish the description and pictures weren’t so misleading.

Just okay for the price- not as portable as we were hoping
We were hoping for something more portable that we could move around the house easily with us or take camping, however the main unit must always be plugged in. It would be great if both units were battery operated.It could also be improved by having no sound/jingle when turned on/off, as this can sometimes startle the baby when they are settled and we move it into that room and plug it in again.Buttons are not the most intuitive either.Just okay for the price.

Geräte schnell und einfach startklar, alle Funktionen erledigen ihre Arbeit wie erwartet.Tolles einfach zu bedienendes Set.1-Stern Abzug für die etwas zu kurze Akkulaufzeit der Empfangseinheit .Sowie einen nicht ganz sauber selektiven Tuner der Empfangseinheit der diverse WLAN Geräte in bis zu 3-Meter Umkreis des Empfänger stört und diese vom Router trennt.Bis auf diese Sachen ein ordentliches sehr gut funktionierendes Gerät mit ca. 20 Meter Reichweite bei einem stabilen Stahlbeton Bau ! Völlig in Ordnung!

I got this baby monitor for my grandma. My grandma is on hospice and it got to the point that i didnt want to leave the room so i looked up this monitor and was Impressed with the look and the Quality of it and the fact that you can talk to the person from the other monitor is what sold me. She could ask for me and i can tell her i was on the way. The sound is clear and loud and im very glade i got this one. Its saved me a lot of walking and time. Thanks for making a great product.

Great product. I have had a few monitors over the years, but this one is by far my favourite. Easy to set up. Excellent sound quality. No complaints at all…. highly recommend
