Incredibly comfortable chair, easy assembly, excellent value
Purchased during the Black Friday sale in 2024, chair was very easy to assemble. Most difficult part was the base assembly, but if you manage to partially install all 5 legs, then flip it upright and step on the center base carefully, you can snap all 5 legs into place with little effort.Overall quality is fantastic at this price point, attention to detail is good. The arms are slightly flimsy, as is the foot rest assembly and most likely won’t last beyond a few years, but for at this price point, the overall quality exceeds expectations.both back and seat cushions are well padded and comfortable (household users are 5’10” – 180 lbs and 5’2″ – 120 lbs) seat depth is good enough that we can sit crosslegged without using the foot rest.”Massage” function is basically just a mild vibration in the lumbar cushion which does nothing for us. Cushion itself is comfortable enough and the location is adjustable along the two straps that wrap vertically around the back section of the chair.Overall width is good, much wider than either of us need, seat depth is good as well.Overall 5 stars and would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and decently built office/gaming chair.

Not the best, but it gets the job done
The chair is well built, I can sit on it for hours without a problem, very comfortable. But it squeaks a lot, and have to tighten the screw every once in a while. The neck pillow is very uncomfortable I took it off the chair since day one. But other than that it’s very easy to assemble, provides decent back support for long period of time. If you cannot pay for a more expensive chair, get this one.

Limited Height Adjustment/Amazing Chair
Can’t go wrong for the price. It is the best chair at this budget by a long shot. Super comfortable and the chair is nice and deep with a great back and neck rest. Rear is adjustable which is nice and the extendable foot rest is a nice feature. Just be mindful about your desk height though because the distance you can adjust the chair is a little limited. Overall, as long as the materials hold up overtime, I would absolutely buy again.

Too lazy to return item
The arm broke within a few hours of use. The first time I tried to recline just a little bit, it was hard and there was a sound. It says it’s normal to hear clicking sounds, so I assumed the resistance was part of it, and I was going to take a look at it later.After the second time I did that, I noticed the arm was loose and thought I just had to tighten it up. The good news is, now it’s easier to lean back. 😢Update:You can see in the picture the back is lifted a little bit on the side where the left arm broke off. I took both arms off, then the back seat and tried to make it even, as I did not notice it until after I took the pictures.I was not able to straighten the back seat, as the left side where the screws go into the hole, are not where they should be.By all rights I should return this item, but I don’t have the box anymore and I don’t know if I would have to drop it off somewhere, since I don’t drive and this thing is heavy. I’m fine with using it with no arms, and I like being able to use the leg rest and lean back.The thing that makes the chair able to rock back and forth must be broken, as when I lean back where I want to be, I can rock.Another issue for me, is the reason why I got this ivory white chair in the first place. In the picture, it looked more white than in reality, and the message pillow looked like it was gold, so I thought all the threading was gold.After looking at my chair, I looked at the pictures again, and realized the lighting they used made the chair look more white than it really is, and made the bronze/orange look like gold for the message pillow.It says the maximum weight is 350 pounds, and I was a little over 350 when I first got the chair, and I am 5’10. Just because it can handle 350 pounds, doesn’t mean it will be comfortable for someone who is 350 pounds. I also have a flat ass, so the seat doesn’t have enough cushion for the pushing for me, nor does the seat have enough width.The message pillow is whatever, I’ve never been into that sort of thing. Even if the entire chair was a message, I still probably wouldn’t like it.The only other thing I have to say is putting the chair together is easy, yet annoying because some of the parts want to play hard to get.Oh… and don’t brother watching the chair installation on YouTube, just follow the instructions in the pamphlet.

Very nice and comfortable chair for the price. The recliner feature was the main selling point for me. Not to hard to assemble and the components are not cheaply made.

The arrival was very fast, and I was surprised how simple it was to put the chair together. I did not realize it had a massage pillow which is pretty cool! It is very comfortable for gaming and office work. It looks very fancy and I feel like I am using a luxury chair.

I’m not sure what kind of person finds this chair hard to assemble. Unlike many of the chairs I’ve owned, the majority of the screws were already placed in position and simply had to be backed out to place the relevant hardware. Easy peasy.Solid. This chair is very solid. Impressively so.Comfort. Man oh man. When I sat in this chair, my butt cheeks thanked me. I mean literally. They made a sigh of relief and gave praise for the purchase of this chair. It’s very cushioned but also very supportive. I’m not one of those people who was blessed with extra padding on my backside and the Respawn I had before this one required a cushion and extra back support. This chair has it all. I love it. It was a great compromise instead of having to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a Secret Lab chair that I originally wanted.Construction. I can’t complain about the quality of the build at all. Even the stitching is very well done. The PU Leather is thick and feels like you’re getting more for your money. Even the foot rest is well made and easy to assemble. I like the fact that I had to mount it rather than having it pre-mounted like the Respawn where there are flaws in the construction. This was overall a great build.Styling. I purchased the burgundy chair. It really pops on the color spectrum. All of the chairs look great, but this one stood out to me. Very impressed with how expensive it looks without sacrificing comfort or quality.I just want to end this by saying that this chair is so good looking and so comfortable that I anticipate my wife demanding one for herself after she sits in it this evening. Excellent. I can’t say enough good things about it right now.

Overall: Super comfy chair but parts of it are hard to assemble. It’s a good deal for the money and it’s miles above my previous office chair in terms of back support and seat space.The Good:This chair is really comfortable and looks great. I love to sit cross-legged or with my feet tucked under me while I work and this chair has a really long seat portion so there’s lots of room to sit however you like. The wheels are smooth and the reclining feature is nice to get the perfect angle for how you like to sit.The Mid: The chair cushions smell kind of weird when they come out of the box but that goes away after a day or so. The massaging lumbar pillow is really just a low vibrate and is more distracting then relaxing. I don’t see myself using it and the cord disconnects so if you don’t want to use it it’s easy to tuck the cordout of the way.The Bad: Idk if it was just me but this thing was a little difficult to put together. The one I got did not have a pre assembled base (the black bar with spokes that you push the wheels into) and I had to HAMMER (in caps because I really had to swing at this base) the arms into the base. The directions and video make it seem like they just easily snap in…which is a lie and had me near tears trying to get the stupid arms into the base lol. But after swinging at them with a hammer they snapped into place and I was able to finish building the chair.The foot rest sits weird in the guides and it slides out unevenly. It still works it’s just annoying to pull out which means I don’t use it as much as I would if it wasn’t weird. I tried adjusting the guides but no luck. Not a deal breaker but still slightly annoying.
