Beautiful Cookware Set, Perfect for Induction tops!
This set is amazing, heat is really even and cooks fantastic. The handles stay cool and the clean up is very easy. The weight is good, hot to heavy, but heavy enough. The only addition I made was to get a non-stick stir fry pan, otherwise this set has everything I need. You get great value with this set, worth ever penny! I highly recommend.

    Does great on glass cooktop
The large pot held pasta at a boil very nicely on my glass top stove. Our previous pot set (Reverie brand) had difficulty boiling water and we thought it was the fault of the stove not being powerful enough. The flat lids stand nicely in the dishwasher and I’m sure for those who use racks to store lids, they will stand nicely. The deep frying pan made a very nice braised stew, covering on low, again simmered perfectly on 1 where my last set needed to be on 2 to stay simmering.

    Beautiful
I was worried about the hammered exterior being difficult to keep clean but it’s not. Keep some barkeepers friend on hand to keep them looking new. I love the look of these pots and like the flat lids.I do wish there was a bit of a bigger sauce pan closer to the 3qt size before going up to the soup pot size but overall the variety of sizes is sufficient. I have a family of 5 so I cook larger portions but if your family size is smaller they’d be perfect.Heat distribution is fantastic, I noticed a big difference between these and my older pot set. I have an induction range and they are very responsive to that.

    Stainless Steel Cookware
After doing extensive research I decided on purchasing the Cuisinart multiclad 12 piece set of cookware. I was not disappointed. I looked at All-clad, Made In, Hestan, Tramontino, Heritage, Viking, Legend and more. The Cuisinart had all the features of the more expensive cookware at a fraction of the price. plus I received 12 pieces. Cookware has good weight to it, but not too heavy. The handles are comfortable and stay cool to the touch unless placed in the oven. Also handles that are attached to stock pot will tend to get hot. The first thing I did when i received this beautiful set was to cook an egg, as so many comments stated that this cookware sticks. If you let the pan heat up properly, then apply your oil or butter, crack your egg, let sit for a moment and voila the egg just slides around. Cleanup was a breeze. I have a gas stove and when I boiled water in the stock pot, there were marks on the bottom of the pot, which bar keepers friend quickly took care of. But lets be honest my friends after 20 years of use do your pots and pans still look pristine as the day you bought them with no stains or scratches. I think not, unless you are a perfectionist. I have had a stainless steel set of Lifetime cookware for almost 40 years, and yes there are some scratches and stains but looks and performs well. The only caveat was that their handles are made of plastic and breaks down over the flame of the gas stove and emits terrible smells, which is why I bought The Cuisinart set. You will not be disappointed.

    Cooking with style
Great for the price point, the cookware does require some breaking in, season them well, like all Stainless steel. Every thing you need in this set. Stove to table with a great look too. I would recommend.!

    Fairly good product
These are a pretty good set of pots. They discolour on the outside if they get too hot, which I find weird as they are pots, they need to get hot to boil water. Also one of the pots has had the metal where the handle is attached with crack.

Lids and service are the pits.
After taking a cooking class with my daughter, I wanted to get some better cooking hardware. So bought this set. I liked them at first, so bought my daugher a set also. But soon I had enough burnt fingers because the lid handles are the pits. The metal handles on the lids gave me many burns. So I got rid of the lids and got some better ones. The lids also do not have a vent hole and one of lids from my daughter’s set blow up and put glass everywhere, in the food being cooked and all round the stove. Both myself and my daughter wrote to Cuisinart, about this a number of times and not a word back from them at all. That said I would not give these pots to anyone again. The other thing that I would say is that the size of the pots and pans are more for a family than a single person like my self. The pots and pans do look good and work good, but the lids are the pits and the company does not stand behind there customers at all in my experience. So will never buy anything from them again ever.

Best value cookware set on the market
This cookware set is amazing. It will last a life time, it is 3-ply and has the same features as cookware sets that are 10 times the cost. I replaced my anodized aluminum Calphalon cookware set because after just a few years of use, the non-stick coating started scratching and coming off. Stainless steel is not a coating and will not scratch off. If used properly, these pans wont stick either, I never have a problem with food sticking to these pans. I like that I can use metal utensils and it will not wreck the pans. I take care when using the pans and they have not warped after a year of use. These pans look beautiful and cook very well. I especially like that the lids for the pots also fit on the pans. The only difference I have noticed with these pans compared to more expensive All-Clad pans, is that the there is less chromium in these pans which makes them slightly less shinny. This is only evident to the discerning eye, and most people would not notice the difference. They still look very nice, and the increase in reflection does not justify the increase in price of All-clad. Lastly, I also like the metal lids, my last pans had glass lids, which are not as easy to clean and are easier to break. I like the durability and look of the metal lids.
