Great New Pot Set for Induction Cooktops
When we moved to an Induction Cooktop we had to replace our set of pots. I looked at many options – All Clad and Made In are very nice but so expensive! Cuisinart pots were of a good quality and seemed to be a reasonable option. I didn’t want to go with the cheapest and I can’t afford the most expensive option – this seemed to be a good mid-range choice and the reviews have been good. I’m very pleased with these pots and the induction cooktop! I find the secret to cleaning them is a) wait until they have cooled before putting them into the sink to prevent any warping, b) soak with warm soapy water, c) clean with a plastic scrub brush with handle. They come out very clean. We do sometimes have residue and minor discolouration due to the calcium in the water but if you rinse with vinegar/water, it comes right off. Definitely recommend!

    Just Get it!
I’ve been looking at roasting pans for awhile, never could decide which one would be best. Kept coming back to this beauty, and am glad we got it. It’s durable, and a great size for turkey (16″) I like that it’s sturdy and heavy, and the handles are great! The rack is rounded, making it perfect for a turkey. Easily lifts out, while the pan catches all the juices. I was able to get the tip of the turkey baster through the rack to baste the turkey. This roaster is expensive, yes, but not as much as some others, like All Clad, which was my dream roaster but at nearly 300.00,, a no for me. This Cuisinart roaster will last me a very long time, plus it comes with a Lifetime Warranty, so you can’t go wrong. Very happy with this purchase.

    Amazon Customer Service was great
The roaster is great. I was not pleased because 2 months after I bought it I was charged $43.21 by FedEx. The company who sold it was not helpful but Amazon was. They credited me for the amount. Amazon customer service has never let me down.

    Love this set
I bought the 12 piece set, been using it for months now and am thoroughly pleased with the performance. I use the 2 saucepans a TON. Multiple times a day, every day, on high heat and they still look brand new. I also use the saute pan and stockpot often and those perform beautifully as well. I’m not sure about the skillets because I rarely use them. Very happy with the quality for this price point.

    Sad! Do not buy
Bought this hoping for a long-lasting, quality stainless steel roaster but after one use it pitted quite badly. We’ve transitioned to stainless steel for kitchen pots and pans, and I have never seen anything with pitting like this. Submitting a return of the product, hopefully all will go well. Very disappointed. Pitting that happened here is the same as issues in other review pictures, the first layer of metal is completely pitted through.

So if your going back and forth on which pot set you should get, let me help you, THIS ONE!I had debated over getting this pot set or the Legend pot set, like you are doing now if your reading this, and serious about cooking and your cookware. After consulting with 2 ai’s ans reading reviews, I pulled the trigger and bought it, and it is one of thee best purchases I have made this year. First off they look beautiful. I used to put my pots away after cleaning, but now they sit on my stove like antrophy achievement unlocked for cooking and leveling up my cookware altogether. I really don’t have any cons. They do show discoloration, but that’s just par for the course of using stainless steel. These pots inspire me to cook. And the stove to oven ability takes my cooking to another level. Sear salmon then put I under the broiler from the stove check ✔ easy to clean check ✔ weighed and not to heavy and the handles feel good as well check again! So basically stop going back and forth, for this quality at this price point, it can’t be be beat. I never post photos on here, but I wanted to show you how your new pot setup looks. These are also perfect if your shooting cooking videos.Have fun chef!!!P.S DO NOT USE STAINLESS STEEL COOKING UTENSILS THEY WILL SCRATCH THE POT SURFACE. STICK TO WOOD OR NONSTICK UTENSILS.

I already had the Cuisinart French Tri-ply 4qt (20 cm) pan, and Cuisinart doesn’t make a steamer for their beautiful French tri-ply pan set, so the question was the Chef’s Classic, or the or the Multi-clad (this one). I ordered one of each and compared. They are currently the same price, from my examination, they are identical except for the handle – neither of which match the French triply, of course, but they are very similar handles in structure to each other, the end appearance differs – one is straight edges with a square hanging hole, the other has a taper with a round portion at the end, around the round hanging hole. Both are stainless steel, and no, this multi-clad is NOT made of multi-clad material, but it has the multi-clad set matching handle. It is straight-up stainless, which may have a tiny effect on heat distribution from the steam, but I doubt it would significantly affect performance as a steamer. It also eliminates any possibility of “sharp edges syndrome” from long term washing in the dishwasher – so not a worry with either steamer. It can be washed in the dishwasher, but cleanup with a sponge and soap is a breeze, so take your pick. These stack onto the 4 quart beautifully for storage, and has ridges to fit 2 smaller sized pots. Other users have commented that using the smaller pots feels “tippy”. I can understand that apprehension from the appearance of the set-up, but in my tests, the steamer set solidly on the smaller pot, and the weight of the Cuisinart French Tri-ply pots is sufficient to balance these steamers adequately. As I have the 4qt pot, I may rarely need to use the smaller pot for this function, but I would feel comfortable doing so, especially since the smaller burners appropriate for the smaller pots are at the back of my range, where they are less likely to be bumped accidentally. The bonus is that these stack together VERY securely, first for storing, and even more importantly for steaming multiple items separately, and at the same time exactly like a stacked bamboo steamer frequently used in Asian cooking. It works GREAT, so, I am pitching my difficult to clean bamboo steamer stack, and keeping both of these, and buying a third!😁, so just need to decide which handle for the third one🧐🤣.

I’ve had the 12″ stainless steel skillet for several months now and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! The pan looks as good today as the day I bought it. I bought it to round out my Cuisinart Multiclad Pro cookware set. I use it several times per week. Yes, you CAN cook with stainless steel without having your food stick. You can also get rid of that blue color that comes from heating. Here is how you do it.First, quality stainless, like these Cuisinart, shouldn’t be heated using high heat. Use medium heat, or less. Their heat distribution and retention mandates that you don’t use high heat. When frying, PREHEAT your pan BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR OIL INTO THE PAN! This is the secret to keeping foods from sticking. Preheating the pan closes the micro pores, making a smooth surface. Heat your empty pan until 1/8 teaspoon of water, when put into the hot pan, moves around the pan without breaking into smaller balls or evaporating immediately. It’ll look like an 1/8 teaspoon of mercury moving around your pan. Use a cloth and dry the water up, add your oil and allow it to heat to your required temperature Add your food and cook. Never use cooking spray. These sprays will leave a residue which isn’t good for the pan. With stainless steel, you’ll occasionally get a blue color, which is from heating. This can be removed in a couple of ways. You can put vinegar on the warm pan for a few minutes, which will dissolve it. Then wash as you would normally. You can also use Bar Keepers Friend, which is a very fine cleaning powder made for stainless. Scrub your pan, rinse, and your pan will be as good as new. I regularly use Bar Keepers Friend on all of my stainless. All of my pans look as nice as the day I bought them. DO NOT USE COMET OR AJAX. They’re too abrasive. Also, salt can pit the pans, so make sure that you read the directions that come with the cookware. This fry pan fries chicken until it’s thoroughly cooked, without overcooking the breading. It’s because the heat distribution is so even and consistent. I’ve owned a lot of cookware in my lifetime, but the Cuisinart MPC is the best bang for the buck. I have a couple of pieces of Allclad and the Cuisinart MPC is just as good and costs much less. You’ll see some bad reviews here. First, make sure which pans they’re writing about. Second, keep in mind that many people don’t know how to cook with stainless steel. It requires that you change how you heat your pans, and the temperature that you use.
