This is a fantastic product. The camera can be positioned differently and you get to set up the crib area on the app. You also get to choose which notifications you want to get or not.I can put little melodies or white noise for my baby to help her fall asleep.On top of everything, Cubo has an excellent customer service. I was not able to synchronize the pad and they helped me troubleshoot. When I didn’t answer, they would follow up to make sure the issue was resolved which I really appreciated.

We had this device highly recommended from some friends and they even showed us how well it worked and user friendly it is ,Ours has not functioned properly and has been a hassle to get any resolution with getting it to work with IT department, very disappointed and it was not cheap device

Fine when it works, but for this price I was expecting better than fine.
Honestly, this monitor worked well for us for the first 6 months we used it. Then they updated the app with a bunch of new features that crashed it all the time, and we started having issues with the app restarting randomly (but not restarting the background sound), wifi connectivity issues, etc. Now it seems that at least once every week, I would wake up in the morning and realize that the background sound decided to turn off overnight and I slept through my child crying. Even for naps during the day, I’ll be listening to my child using the background sound function, and randomly it’ll just stop. It’s so frustrating because this was an expensive purchase. I would return this if I could.

As first-time parents, my partner and I have been searching for a reliable camera to help us monitor our baby. While browsing, we were particularly drawn to features like the sleeping pad, danger zone alerts, and crying detection. After considering these, we decided to give the Cubo AI camera a try. After using it for two weeks, here’s what we thought:The whole set was super easy to assemble, which we really appreciated. The camera has amazing resolution—just take a look at the picture we uploaded from our living room. The quality is super clear, making it easy to see everything.The app is also really easy to use. We tested it and had no trouble hearing any sound from the baby’s room. One feature we love is that we can use another app while keeping the Cubo AI app running in the corner of our phone screen. That’s such a useful feature!The night light is just the right brightness—not too bright—and we think it’s smart how they placed it on the back of the bird instead of under the camera. If it were under the camera, it might disturb the baby’s sleep, so we feel this design is really well thought out.We also really like the sleep pad. It’s a sweet feature that helps us track any motion our baby makes during the night. It gives us peace of mind, knowing we’ll get alerts if there’s anything wrong. It’s especially reassuring when thinking about things like Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)—this gives us more time to react if needed.That said, there are a couple of things we wish were different. You have to manually move the camera up or down, which isn’t very convenient. It would be great if we could adjust it using the app or if the camera could automatically follow the baby’s movements. Additionally, the crib mount doesn’t fit thicker crib rails very well, so that could be improved too.Overall, the Cubo AI camera has exceeded our expectations in many ways, offering thoughtful design, impressive resolution, and parent-friendly features like the sleep pad and app functionality. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as manual camera adjustments and the crib mount’s compatibility, we feel the peace of mind it provides outweighs these inconveniences. From looking up reviews, watching videos online, we knew the CuboAi plus was what we needed. The product arrived very quick, we were not disappointed. Everything was easy to unbox and setup. We would recommend this product to everyone. Using this at night is a great peace of mind as we can monitor baby, hear everything and get notifications if there are any issues. Easy app to install. We use it on phones, tablet and also on our Alexas

The design looks great, and unlike many other baby monitors it comes with a floor stand and can track the babies breathing without anything going on the baby. In reality though, the sensors battery runs out after a few days (uses 4 AA batteries), and the camera itself constantly disconnects from the WiFi so you have to go back to the babies room and reconnect it which takes time. It has some good extras like a night light, and plays smoothing music but it fails to act as a baby monitor, and for the price its ridiculous it doesn’t do what I bought what it for.I’m returning it for a basic baby monitor, that will cost a lot lot less, and probably work flawlessly.Despite the advertised promises and potential it has it really doesn’t live up to them, and should be avoided if you want something to let you watch your baby when your not in the same room as them.

Quality of the camera is really good, sensor pad is great. Was really good for the first couple weeks of baby being home, didn’t have to constantly feel the need to check on baby’s breathing. Just set it all up, and watch your baby on the iPad or iphone or whatever and can see your baby’s breathing and room temp, if baby is awake or not. It’s fantastic
