I like this crockpot very stylish. Just keep in mind these newer models get very hot on the outside unlike the really old ones. Works great though.

Back to a Crockpot
I’m really happy with this 4.5L crockpot. It’s the perfect size for 2 people with leftovers for another one or two meals. Who wants to be cooking every day and in my opinion nothing beats a crockpot for baked beans, stews and pot roast although I never add vegetables at the beginning, as most recipes say to do, because they turn to mush. Over the years I used a 3L one until it’s temperature went wacky, then thought the instPot with the slow cooker would be perfect solution but no I found it doesn’t slow cook very at all. This one is perfect, on low it just reaches a slow simmer resulting in a wonderful aroma and flavour, it does what it’s supposed to do. Plus it looks attractive on the counter and the price is good too.

My only complaint is that the power cord is too short. The shortest cord of any of my appliances. The distribution of my outlets makes it hard to plug in. Another 12 to 18 inches would have made a big improvement.

Love the simple manual settings, as well the inner pot comes out for serving or cleanup. Love the black and white design. Size is perfect for 2 people or a couple more.

It seems fine. Time will tell. Great size for me. But there is no indicator light to see if it’s on/off which is annoying. And the outer shell is very light/cheap. I picked it out of the sea of options because of the design, which I like. But I certainly expected better quality for the price 🙁

This is so pretty. Now I want to do my whole kitchen in black and white! I actually got a used one. I’ve never done that before. It’s in perfect condition. It came perfectly packaged in the original box. It even included the instruction book. I’m going to pay closer attention to used items from now on.

I purchased this crockpot because I’m a law student and I don’t have much time to make meals but I was sick of eating my normal smorgasbord of frozen pizza, hot pockets, granola bars, and other frozen food that was delicious but not good for me. Having a crockpot allows me to throw ingredients in in the morning and have an excellent, wholesome, and fresh dinner. I used it most recently to make beef stew and it turned out deliciously. I am very thrilled with this product and I even love the polka dot design. It is easy to use and to clean, and there are so many good options for crockpot meals.

I really can’t say enough good things about this. In November 2023, it will be FIVE YEARS since I purchased this crockpot. It was my first and had been my only since 2018. It has been through 2 major break ups, 3 apartments, one move across the country, and has still stayed loyal, worked perfectly, and fed my family at least twice a week for the last 5 years. I’ve hand washed it, dishwashed it, forgot to turn it off and accidentally left it on high over night and have burnt it more than once. It’s STILL going and looks no different from the first day I got it. This thing has been by my side through EVERYTHING wonderful and horrible in my life and I am never going to replace it as long as it’s still working. Even then, if it does give out one day, it’ll stay on a shelf as a display in my dining room as a tribute. This thing is going into my will.

Simple; inexpensive; good size for 2 adults. It does get very hot even on Low, as other reviewers have described. For that I deducted one star (purely a safety issue if one has little children). It does look nice and isn’t a huge counter/cabinet hog like most crock-pots out there. Time will tell if this thing breaks. The lid is not very high quality (cheap plastic top part and glass is flimsy). I would suggest recycling a sturdier/heavier lid from an old pot.
