    Recently purchased this to make small meals for two. I used a recipe with salsa and two top sirloin steaks from Omaha Steaks. Cooked them on high for several hours until the meat was so soft I could easily put a fork through and it just fell apart. Had it the next day with brown rice, homemade coleslaw, and other nutritious fixings. Boy was it delish!!! This cooker works.
