Amazing powerful blender
Set up was easy, blender is a real powerhouse able to break down ice with ease. the product is fantastic, works right out of the box and does what is advertised. the only things id add is a timer to auto stop the blender after a certain amount of time but thats a small nice to have that wouldnt change buying this. Definitely recommend!

Worked for less than a week
This item worked great only for about a week and completely stopped working. My wife was so excited with how efficient and powerful it was but sadly, it didn’t last up to a week . Refund was issued swiftly however

Not suitable for commercial use
These blenders were great at first! Quiet, easy to use, blended decently. But within 2 weeks of use at my smoothie shop they started deteriorating. Buttons falling off, leaving giant chunks unable to blend, and then the blender boxes totally stopped moving all together.I could see this blender being great for at home use but in a commercial setting it simply does not hold up to a vitamix.

I bought two different blenders that said they can blend ice, both broke with a few weeks after daily use from blending frozen fruit *eye roll*. I invested in this gem a few months ago and it still works…lol! Don’t give this a second thought, just buy it…😉

This blends all the ingredients together for a true smoothie; no big chunks are left to get stuck in the straw. I no longer need to go to smoothie king because I can make my own.Cones with easy instructions and great recipes to get you started.Notice the height, it will not fit under a typical cabinet. I leave my out and it’s not an eye sore because it’s a nice looking appliance.So far, I have blended frozen strawberry, frozen blueberries, frozen acai juice and other fresh vegetables and fruits witout any problems. The ingredients come out smooth and very well blended.I would recommend this to anyone wanting to make their own smoothies or any other frozen drinks.

This is a very good blender, it has a larger capacity than most blenders that I have found, very good customer service… They can make you jump through a few hoops, but that’s normal. I make a lot of salsa and hot sauces so it is very nice that it blends so smooth. Can be difficult to keep clean but it’s worth it.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anything ever before. So please be mindful and don’t purchase this product.The first few times that I used this product it worked great. Then after the fourth time, I noticed that there were issues that it was becoming really loud and shaking and rattling. I also noticed that it is not easily able to clean. I only use it for smoothies with a quarter cup of ice, banana, spinach, and that’s it. I use it once a day and the amount of products that I have in here is way below the threshold. It is on a secure flat surface.I have reached out to this company and expressed my many concerns in detail right away. It went back and forth for a solid few weeks and they were not going to help saying that I filled too much into it which I definitely did not. They kept asking for more information and saying I was using it wrong, which I wasn’t. I purchased this because it is supposed to be quiet. I already got rid of the packaging for it and have been in the middle of moving and starting a new job so I did not have the time to try and return it even if I could and try and find something different. I decided to try and wait it out since they were no help at all. It continues to get worse and now the knob isn’t working and the sound is extremely louder than ever before.Really disappointed in this product I spent $250 on it.Don’t purchase this and save the headache.

The sheild definitely takes away a lot of the noise but if you’re in the same room with it there’s no way you don’t hear it. It’s a great blender, I’ve made several smoothies in it already and the way this thing blends is a thing of beauty! I really love this blender 💕
