This arrived damaged. However the box was not damaged. Everything else’s was right, color, size, etc…. As a former firefighter I will not use a damaged product knowing what can happen with it. Trash as far as I am concerned unless the situation is corrected. Waste of money. This was purchased to make larger meals such as Thanksgiving sides as well as other holidays. This would be perfect for a Christmas ham or Mac and cheese.

I received this crockpot and was happy with the style the size and ease of use. However after having it for several weeks I finally had the opportunity to put it to use. The lid does not fit the ceramic at all. It is off center and does not completely close around the rim. Very disappointed!! Unfortunately it’s past the point of return because I did not have to use it until now.
