Healthy Ceramic Cookware
I’m Gorden, a passionate cook who loves to whip up delicious meals for my family and friends.

A great frying pan
So far this frying pan has not had anything stick, and it is a solid pan that washes up nicely. We bought it for basic frying and warmup.

Now THAT’S non-stick!
After having another meal stick to the bottom of my last Teflon non-stick frying pan I decided to give these pans a try. It’s a delight seeing what I had to fight with before simply swirl around the pan. Cleaning is a breeze, even sticky sauces wipe out right out. They seem to be well made, the colour is nice and the handle doesn’t get hot. Yes, I think I’ll enjoy using these pans!

Decent quality overall, quick to heat/even heat distribution, moderately cool handle*, longevity TBD
This is a decent ceramic non-stick frying pan that seems reasonably well-made and works as expected without issues, well, at least for now. Performance-wise, it’s fairly decent with apparently good build quality overall; however, the ceramic coating appears to be thin, or at least thinner than expected although I have no way to actually measure that but it’s just how I feel based on what I can see and touch etc.It heats up fairly quickly and it does have an even heat distribution which is always good for making [thick] sauces (you don’t want volcano type incidents). The stainless steel handle is another sticking point that may or may not be useful depending upon your individual needs. I personally probably won’t put this in the over despite the fact it claims to be able to withstand up to 288°C/550°F so it’s not important to me whether the handle is made of stainless steel or not but I know some others prefer non-metal handle because it can get hot especially for gas stovetops.Funny enough, it also states elsewhere in the description that it’s able to withstand up to 454°C/850°F. I don’t have an oven capable of achieving that temperature and if I do, I’ll probably use that to melt gold (well, only half the temp required but you get my point). The non-stick ceramic coating seems reasonably decent without visible defects, which is always nice (and you’d be surprised how many actually do have defects if you look at ’em really closely). I should also mention that the interior and exterior have different coating although that’s common nowadays as a cost-saving measure. If you wanna know the quality of the non-stick coating, just pay attention to the edges and that’s usually (but not always unfortunately) a good starting point (and indicative of) as to the overall quality of the coating.≡ PerformanceThe SINGLE most important aspect for me respect to its value is of course how well it performs and its longevity. I don’t expect this to last forever but I have (as with other non-stick pans etc) and I’ll continue to be taking good care of this and we shall see where it ends up although at this point in time I don’t think the ceramic coating (at least for the exterior part of the pans) will last that long. It goes without saying that any non-stick coating (or any coating at all) requires certain amount of care to prolong their lifespan and this is no different. Some quick tests with frying and scrambled eggs have shown decent results (for me at least) that’s comparable to most others with similar design and style (i.e. ceramic non-stick coating). I did add oil because I don’t like the texture of the eggs without a bit of oil. With respect to the claims of being free of PFOA, PTFE, and PFAS, well, your guess is as good as mine as to whether that’s true or not so I’ll just have to take their words for now.≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a decent 8″ frying pan with non-stick ceramic coating and a stainless steel handle that that’s reasonably well-made and works as expected without issues (for now). So far I’m happy about its overall performance; however, I can’t be certain about its longevity and how it’ll stack up against the test of time although I do have doubts about how well it will work in the long run based on my experience with these (of similar design, e.g. aluminum with non-stick coating, ceramic or otherwise) purchased here so far.Updates will be provided should anything change in the future about its overall durability. It’s reasonably priced at $30 (for an 8″ frying pan) for what it provides and its overall build quality, features, and performance (so far). Again, this is all predicated upon the fact that the quality of the non-stick coating holds up which we shall see.

To limit exposure to chemicals used in other non-stick cookware, we decided to try Ceramic coated fry pans. After following the instructions before 1st use, these pans are working very well, heat up fairly quickly and have good heat distribution. For the majority of our food preparations, we coat the skillets with butter or olive oil. In particular, eggs do not stick, which is a big issue for us.Using these Ceramic coated pans requires some adjustment to cooking, such as bringing the pan up to temperature before adding items to be cooked, setting the burner to medium heat or less and avoid using metal utensils.Cleaning is a breeze, we just wipe with a slightly damp paper towel. We have been using these for just under 3 weeks and are very pleased with the results.

It is a must-have item for every kitchen. It is well-made and lightweight. The handle does not feel hot to the touch, which is excellent. The pan is perfect for frying or scrambled eggs, it does not stick or waste, and it is easy to clean. The lid handle does not get hot, the size is just right, and it is definitely more affordable than other brands.

This is the best cookware I have bought in a long time! It is now my favorite pan! I am impressed with its overall performance. It is beautiful, heavy, and of high quality. Easy to clean, beautifully made, and most importantly, they are safe! You won’t regret investing in it!

The pans work great on the induction hob. The food doesn’t stick and it heats up evenly. They are very easy to clean and are a high-quality product. The pots are excellent value for money. They are thick and attractive. They will last a long time and I’m already planning to buy another one. They are the best I’ve ever seen.

reasonably priced, non sticky thus far, lightweight but not sure how long it will last, but that is the same with all the so called non sticky frying pans, therefore, so far so good.
