Looks durable buy time will tell. It was bought to replace one well over 26 years old. It has a nice thick bottom. The vent in the glass cover is a nice feature

Best pan I have had in a long time
It heats up quickly and evenly. It is very easy to clean. I needed a pan with no non stick coating and this is exactly what I needed. You need to cook on low or med heat only, to ensure food doesnt stick to it.

Es una sartén de muy buena calidad y los alimentos conservan mucho sabor, además de que es mucho más saludable que de guisar en teflon. Para guisar sin quemar la sartén, es necesario guisar a fuego bajo o mediano, no a fuego alto. He podido guisar de todo incluso pescados delicados y omelette, lo único un poco difícil es hacer huevos revueltos, se pegan un poco. Cuando se pega o se quema tantito, se puede llenar la sartén de agua con tantito vinagre y bicarbonato (espuma al ponerlo) y calentar a fuego lento unos 5 min. Después, lavas tu sartén normal y está como nuevo.No es que el acero sea malo es porque desconocemos el modo de usarlo y mantenerlo, nada más.

It is really hard searching for skillet that comes with a lid that is stainless steel and budget friendly. this skillet check off both boxes. It is stainless steel, budget friendly, easy to use and clean and great at cooking. I typically only use it to cook veggies like broccoli in butter and light seasoning and it comes out great every time. I just make sure to rinse it out after use and let dish soap and warm water sink in it for a few minutes after cooking and the cleaning is easy every time. I would recommend this item to anyone wanting to buy.Yes it is made in CHINA but it is made very well and don’t let it be a a reason to not buy because of what is going on in the world because that is why you wash your hands and wash all eating utensils you buy.I use a flat top electric stove.

This pot is made beautifully – not too wide but higher than other pots so it takes up a little less room in the dishwasher than other 3 quart pots. Things cook well in it and it really is great on my induction cook top. I also love the small hole in the lid allowing steam to escape. Very nice quality. Would definitely recommend
