Incomplet planner
I was super happy to buy this to track my food and work out, but I found out there is only 6 months worth of Monthly Review. There is technically 12 months in a year. Also, there is only place for food. Nothing about workout. Which us why I bought it. They shouldn’t be advertise as workout plan… Because it is not.

First of all, love the colors available. Size is perfect, I can carry it in my bag. The book is very organized, for daily and monthly journal entries. While it’s only three months, that’s ok. I wouldn’t want it be be any thicker. The stickers are ok, not really something I would use. I like that it has three ribbon dividers. Spaces are large enough to make entries. The problem is me and committing to using it!!

This is a great journal when on a diet. The layout is perfect to record yor food intake and your exercise. There are monthly and weekly round ups, and reflections on mood and things. I have been using mine every day since February without fail and it makes it easy ti stay on track. I’ve lost three dress sizes!.
