Exceeded my expectations. Great product. Superior quality. I purchased the rose gold and it’s beautiful. Came with a 4 sided instruction card that I very much appreciate as it helped me with any anxiety I felt over “how and where to begin using this?” And not one, not two but three ribbons of different colours to help me navigate the sections. But like the infomercials say….”THERE’S MORE!”…a back pocket with 3 sheets of STICKERS! I laughed when I saw the Warranty , no hassle refund card – no questions asked. Seriously, like I would return this. You know why they included this card? Because no one would return it unless it arrives damaged, that’s why. Very well organized with exercise reps/sets/weight on the left side and with dietary meal tracker on the right. Love that I have a functional, and beautiful tool to write everything in one place and makes me feel accountable for my own healthy habits and fitness goals (like a written commitment to myself). Great tool to keep on track!
This is the BEST fitness journal I have purchased! It has been a motivational tool and I’ve been getting asked where to purchase when fellow gym goers see me tracking my workouts at the gym! I have been able to track my macros easily ( I used to use my fitness pal however you need to pay for it now, and I’m not down with that!) if you’re thinking about purchasing – do it. You will not regret it

I am thoroughly impressed with this fitness journal; it has everything I’ve been searching for! The inclusion of stickers, a back pocket, three bookmark straps, and a pen holder are fantastic bonuses that enhance its usability and convenience.The journal is thoughtfully designed, providing ample space for detailed entries, which is perfect for anyone committed to tracking their fitness journey. The quality of the materials used is evident, and the attention to detail in its construction makes it a pleasure to use daily.However, I did find one minor drawback: the presence of only 5 calendar pages. Given the abundance of pages, this journal has the potential to be an ideal yearly fitness tracker if some of the extra pages were allocated to additional calendar space. Despite this small issue, I am absolutely enamored with this journal and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to meticulously document their fitness progress.

Far more exciting and fun to use than a boring notebook…
I used to have your run-of-the-mill spiral-bound Hilroy notebook that everyone and their mother has used in school. Yes, they work and are economical, but sometimes it is nice to splurge a bit and get something you enjoy using and it makes things a bit easier to keep your workout data organized.Perhaps it is just a placebo effect, but it actually makes workouts a bit more enjoyable for me to be able to simply fill in the numbers and have everything else all laid out nice and neat.I think the stickers are a bit gimmicky for adults to use but to each their own.The textured cover is a nice touch and the bookmarks are handy to have rather than clipping your pen to the pages you are using.If you’re tired of using plain paper notebooks for workouts and want to treat yourself to something nice and organized, this is the book to get.

I didn’t realize it was only for 3 months. Thought at least 1/2 to 1 year?The quality is good & I live the monthly progress report section but honestly I don’t write down ever rep I do and sets. For only 3 months I’d have to get like 4 if these for a year

Nice daily meal planner.

After a Doctor visit for horrible skin rash around my eyes and eye lids, it was adaviced for me to stop eating wheat (all forms) glutten, rice, corn, soy, cereals, potaotes, sugar, and or artificial swetners until be allergy tested. The Doctor ask that I keep a food journal so we could actually monitor how my body was responding to the change. This planner is exactly what I needed. Great colors to pick from, and perfect size to go everywhere with you. Sturdy cover with elastic close, 3 dividing ribbons and a pen/pencil holder. This planner comes with lots of stickers to keep one motivated and on target. Upon opening the planner there is a page to log all your measurements. They have included a quick start guide to teach you how to measure and get accurate reading everytime you measure. Also a place for before and after photos. Then you Goals. 5 goals to write down, what they are, why you want it, the deadine to achieve it, and your reward. Please reward yourself, you deserve it. Then you find an undated monthly calendar,monthly reviews that include what were the biggest wins, how do I feel about myself,how will I improve next month. Love this part. Then for the day to day. There is a place to record work outs:number of reps, how many sets, what kind of exercise and additional place for cardio. Opposite that page is the food journal. Track you mood, water consumption, weight, # of hours slept, body fat, fruit, veggies, caffein drinks, energy level and activities. Then you have Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner lines ( 6 lines for each) to record what you eat. There is also a place for serving size, calories, protien, fat, and carbs if you are measuring any of those. Then there is additional space for snacks (9 lines) This planner has made it easy for me to log my foods and keep a great record for my Doctor’s review. It has also made me aware of what I am eating and when. Clever fox has a wide sellection of planers for all your needs. This is one of 3 that I have.
