Pricey spatula but worth every penny!
The most money we have ever spent on a spatula. We used to have this exact model but after many years of pretty constant daily use, we needed a new one. Amazon was the only place we were able to source it. For the amount we use this buddy, it’s worth every penny.

Like the other reviews, I owned a version of this I don’t know how many years ago, and it was my favorite kitchen tool of all time. I used it for everything. If I would have went on one of those TV cooking shows, this would have definitely made the trip with me. The old one was clear with a patterned metal core. The only negative thing about the old one was it could get stained by tomato sauce, but that being said, a little bit of bleach cleaned it right up. After many years of heavy use, it cracked at the edge of the metal, and I was very upset. It took me awhile to find this replacement, and I was very happy to find it for sale again, but it’s not entirely as expected. Most importantly, this is not the same product as the old one. I feel it is slightly longer, slightly thinner, and the metal core reaches closer to the ends. This spatula is definitely not as flexible as the old one. Something in the formula is a bit different. It is still a very versatile product, and I still recommend it, but it just doesn’t seem to scrape as good as the old one. My only hope is that it softens up in time. I guess time will tell. I don’t mind the new color because this one probably won’t stain, but I prefer the aesthetics of the clear. If you’re looking for a very versatile spatula that easy to clean, this is a good product. If you’re looking to replace the original you were in love with, it might leave you wanting a bit more.

Reliable, have had about 20yrs out of the one this replaces … the smaller end gets about 10% of the use, as I have small spatulas, but this one just does everything. It is about 10-15% bigger than the Cobalt Blue old one, but that’s a bonus 🙂 …

This is a unique spatula. It is firm but also a bit flexible. That makes it extremely useful for scraping a little bit of food that sticks to an allegedly nonstick frying pan.You have to be a bit careful because it can only go in the upper shelf of the dishwasher, but once you are aware of that it is pretty easy to remember.My sister and I only get each other gifts when we find something that we think the other would really enjoy. I enjoyed my spatula so much I ordered one for my her.. She loves it too! I highly recommend it.
