    Wonderful
It keeps the water perfectly HOT!! My staff love it!! Some even went home and bought one for themselves.

Large capacity is great for a household of tea drinkers
We’ve been using this for a month now, and it’s met all of my expectations. While it lacks the option of selecting a holding water temperature, the temperature that it does maintain the water at is perfect for the way that we like our tea. The dispensing speed is perfect in that it doesn’t tend to splash all over the place and is easy to control. While it would be nice if the level guage showed the actual volume of water remaining, I’ve already gotten used to knowing which line aligns to when I should top up a couple of litres.

    Poor life span
Looks good , we were happy with features, however after 5 months it would not work! Boil light comes on but water will not heat beyond warm! Not recommended!

  4. Sharley

    Ok
Everything is good. But the size is too big to my family. I returned it. But I will recommend to big family. It is valuable.

Item works great, just don’t know if I will buy a used one again.
All in all, this item is great. Fill it up, plug it in, wait 30 – 45 minutes for the water to come to a boil, then afterwards you have hot water for the rest of the day at your convenience.I have bought this model used and other used appliances that have been returned to Amazon in the past and never had a problem with them. But for some odd reason, the one that I bought for my Brother as a gift, he informed me that the inside of it wasn’t cleaned when he was going to be using it for the first time. Now he buys things second hand too, so he know things like this happens, but I kind of wished that when the item was first returned, that the people at Amazon, properly inspected it, to see if it was clean and ready to be resold again. So long story short, if you are going to be buying any item on here that has been original used and return, be prepared that it might not be clean, or something might be not right with it.Other than that, I would strongly recommend this item to people, but maybe not a second hand one.

  6. Dalinda

    Boils quickly and keeps heat.
    Product works great.

Not happy about this hot water pot
I am not very happy about this hot water pot. It has very strong metal smell when the first time I opened the lid. So I tried to boil water and dump it for couple of times, but still didn’t improve. After almost a month use, water from the pot still has that metal smell and taste. The quality is not very good either considering the price I paid, dispenser button located under spout already stopped working after one month. The pot does come with water level gauge but no background lighting so it’s very hard to tell how much water left inside. Usually I wouldn’t notice the water ran out until I can’t get more water out which is very annoying. I am considering returning this pot.

Un poco fragil de la tapa para rellenar agua, pero dentro de la descripcion cumple con sus funciones.Gracias

The unit arrived quickly. It has a sleek, functional design with that complements my kitchen. It is really easy to set up – just plug 🔌 in power cord to the unit and wall. It heats up the water quickly and keeps it hot for a longgg time which is great for households that love hot tea, coffee, or cup of noodles throughout the day. It has an easy to use lockable lid and large easy to press buttons to boil and to dispense hot water. Happy with the purchase so far!Update 11/2024: This product is still going strong with daily use. Still very happy with this purchase. Shortly after I purchased this, I bought a second one to give as a gift. Some features I didn’t comment on include the easy to detach power cord which is helpful when cleaning. Also, a sturdy handle to lift and carry to the sink for refills.

A quick review for people looking for a faster hot water solution other than a tea kettle or microwave:* We recently renovated the kitchen, and had an instant hot/cold filtered water tap installed* Then we movedI purchased this to replace the convenience of that tap, and if you are in a space that you can’t modify, this is a great solution.* Form: The interior is stainless steel, while the exterior and handle are plastic. The cord is about 4′, long enough to go behind the oven to the next nearest outlet. The height leaves about 4 or 5 inches clearance beneath the cabinets, which is a near perfect fit.* Function: There’s a dispense button (powered) and also a large push lever to dispense while unplugged; the top has a simple turn lock to keep it from being pushed accidentally. It heats water quickly and the water it dispenses is always hot without being scalding (one of these days I’ll get the temperature it dispenses at). 5.3L is enough for two people who drink a lot of coffee and tea for 3 or 4 days before it needs refilled.* Verdict: It gets constant every day use, it’s sturdy, it intelligently designed, it works well. If you’re looking for something along these lines, this is a great choice.

I’ve had the pot for a couple of weeks. We had similar pots in the past and used them elsewhere, so I have a few points of reference. First off, the user interface, i.e. the few buttons to control the pot are very well placed and marked. This has not been the case with the other pots. It’s important as if you accidentally press “dispense” you may have a problem. The dispensing is done in one of three ways. There is big, lighted, different shape and placed very separately from other buttons the Dispense button on the top. Then there is a button under the spout, so that you could just press the cup against it to dispense. Finally, there is a manual pump. The pump is excellent. You can fill very quickly a full cup with a single push most of the time. As the water level in the pot drops, the jet pressure drops too, but still it is way better than other pots we used. You still can fill the entire cup with a single push, but you will have to wait longer as the stream gets weaker. Pumping it twice fills up a cup very quickly even with the nearly empty pot. Very impressive. The other two buttons are Boil and Lock. The latter disables all electric functions which is useful, for example, if you have small kids. While locked, the manual pump still operates and the water is kept hot.Addendum October 2023We bought two of these pots over the past 12 mo. The first one is still working, barely. We used it less than once a week only and currently it tends to go into the boil mode and not come out of it or goes in and out of boil often and randomly. The second pot completely failed within a month (just went dead) and we returned it for a refund. So, if you want a disposable pot for a few month, this pot might be the ticket.November ’23Changed to a single star. A few dots on the metal bottom of the lid, which is presumably made of stainless steel, have grown into large rust spots. That’s “stainless” steel for you. I guess it does not matter much by now as the pot is pretty much dead as I described above.

This urn is noisy. The only appliances in my kitchen that are louder are blenders.Otherwise, in terms of basic functionality, it does exactly what you’d expect an electric urn should do.It’s slower at boiling water than an electric kettle, but also half the wattage.I feel like the under spout button convenience button isn’t very useful because it takes too much pressure to press and hold.
