    Is it cast iron?
    I bought this cast iron pan December 5th 2022. I took the manufacturing seasoning off and seasoned it myself, five times. It’s worked really well. Although the more I use it, the more I’ve noticed a silver color coming through. So my big question is, is this some sort of steel covered in cast iron?Okay, I did this some homework. It’s not unusual to see some silver metal color, it just needs more seasoning.I’m pretty much a newbie to cast iron, so my bad.Yes I would recommend this product.

    Pas la grandeur annoncée.
    Cette poêle à pizza en fonte n’est pas de 12 pouces mais de 10 pouces, si l’on considère que le côté plat où l’on dépose la pâte mesure 10 pouces. Même avec les rebords, on est à 11 pouces. Même avec beaucoup d’huile, ça a tendance à coller, mais c’est acceptable. La pizza était bonne, bien que pas aussi croustillante que je le pensais.

    Follow the instructions to season the pan before using and it becomes virtually non stick.Perfect as a dosa pan, pizza pan and general baking trays. Distributing heat evenly for perfect results.

    Valt me zeer tegen van deze pan. Na verpakking openen, eerst gewassen met warm water, afgedroogd dan klein laagje olie gesmeerd, tortilla broodjes gebakken.Nu heb ik allemaal roestvlekken op de bodem van de pan. Ik krijg ze met een zacht spons of borstel niet eraf. Dus ja nu zit ik met deze pan.

    I was impressed. I had my doubts, as the cast iron is really rough, not smooth like the cast iron pans I’m used to. But after heating it in the oven, as suggested, I just put the raw pizza dough on the pan and it cooked it perfectly and didn’t stick! I was impressed.
