scratch too easily, pots do better than the pans…
I got this as a “pre-owned” set and the packing job was horrific and resulted in many scratches. I would consider this a total waste of money. The smaller pot and the larger pot and one small frying pan were salvageable, but the pan discoloured over time and was very scratched, despite never using anything but silicone on it.It’s an attractive set for sure, the handles work great, but it was a waste of time, effort and resources to ship these, have them all scratched and then have to deal with the issues post.I do not recommend this set.

Love the pans. Hate the pots.
I bought these recently because we needed new non-stick pans, and I didn’t want Teflon. The granite coating is holding up well, though we’ve only had them for a month. They haven’t stained or had any issue, despite cooking tomato-based meals several times. They’re great for cooking eggs and such without a lot of oil in the pan, so they’re great for healthy cooking. I love the sizes of the 3 pans in this set.Now for my complaints. The pots, particularly for cooking rice, do not work all that well. They end up with a dried, starchy film around the edge of the pot, which is impossible to avoid (even after washing rice thoroughly and trying different kinds). I will stick with my stainless steel pots for most things. These look really nice, though.Secondly, the lids are a bit annoying, because after a few uses, the handles started separating from the lid itself just a tiny bit. Not even enough to feel loose or be a hazard, by any means, but because of their design, they collect water inside the handle when washing. I then have to grab a screwdriver, loosen the handle, empty it out, and tighten it again. For someone who already dislikes washing dishes, this is a really annoying extra step to take every single time. Even knowing that, though, I would absolutely buy them again for the pans alone.

Love love love this Carote white granite set of pots.I have owned many pots and pans in my life and this set is perfect. I use them on an induction cooktop and have never had anything stick to the pans. The colour is gorgeous and the handles stay absolutely cool to the touch. The glass lids work well and are also very good looking and easy to use. As per the instructions, I hand wash these, I don’t put them in the dishwasher and you must not use metal utensils that would scratch the non stick surface. This is an easy task because nothing sticks so clean up is a breeze. I highly recommend Carote White Granite. I very rarely write product reviews however I am blown away by these pans and want everyone to experience the joy of using them. Thank You Carote!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

“Pretty Set, But Lacking in Quality & Functionality”
We just received our pots and pans, and they look very pretty. However, the spatula, tongs, and spoon are very small and feel cheap. The egg pan requires oil, as food doesn’t come off easily, and it also lacks a lid, which makes cooking eggs a bit tricky. While the set will work for now, we’ll be looking for a higher-quality option in the future.

I haven’t tried the pots yet, but they look great and seem like high-quality products. I especially love the sauce pot because it doubles as a steamer, which is a nice bonus. They have a really nice appearance, and I’m excited to use them soon!

The coating chips off but seller helped with a replacement
I am very gentle while cleaning but after three months of use I noticed the white coating is coming off in places and it retains the stains on outer surface if there is some food spilling or there is oil on the surface. It would not come off with dish soap and sponge. On the inside, it can retain stains if you do not use oil. e.g. if you try to roasting something or burn some food by chance, or due to spices like turmeric (even when used with water). It is non-stick, no doubt and good material. The Carote’s brown version is so much better and cheaper. This is only for people who cook once a week. I feel disappointed. I doubt if it is really granite. The replacement set is however not problemmatic at all, leaving me happy.

Have only been using these pots and pans for less than 6 months, they have all discoloured and have started peeling.
