This is a much heavier weight than my previous muffin pans, which I prefer. I have only made egg bites in them (multiple times) and they really slide out nicely. The size of the muffin itself is perfect for us. I bought the sunny yellow color and love it!

The product arrived well and with plenty of protective packaging. I only used the baking sheet once so can’t speak to how it will endure over time but it does seem they are very nice quality. The only thing I noticed is that they are much heavier than my old baking sheets. It’s a tradeoff to have healthy cooking sheets, as well as muffin tins, without any bad chemicals or metals so I am OK with that.
