Our family is a big fan of Caraway and their company vision, and we already own several pieces of cookware from them and were glad to find this bakery pan as well. The pan is made with excellent material, none-toxic and free of any material that is the bad for your health known so far. It is made extremely sturdy and have great heat distribution properties. It is painted with a layer of very unique “Perracotta” color that makes it stand out in your kitchen and makes you just want to bake with it whenever you can.The first one I received had its paint scraped off on one of its’ side and I sent it back and they sent back a replacement really quickly. This is quite an expensive pan to not have everything in perfect condition. Very happy with the product.
