Comfortable and solid
So far so good. It’s a really nice blender. Maybe not as powerful as others but great for smoothies – which is it’s primary use. I do like all of the attachments. The active blade is a bit odd right now as it seems to make it more difficult to mix things like larger apple pieces. It’s easy to clean. The power system is intuitive and it’s nice that you can change the power while blending. I didn’t think this feature would be that useful, but it’s great. Would recommend this for sure – it’s a great product and value.

Great hand blender with great accessories
Braun is known for its durability and functionality and this hand blender does not disappoint. It comes with a number of accessories that are all quite useful. Absolutely love the hand trigger feature which means I can control the speed and intensity of the blend – the harder I press, the faster and more intensely it will blend.Due to its metal body, I’ve used it in hot liquids – just make sure the pot is off the heat. The blender accessory is splat proof so I’ve hardly ever faced a situation where I’m using this to blend something and it splashes, so great work by Braun in that.It is easy to clean as most of the accessories are dishwasher safe, except the blender hand itself. Overall a great product and very happy with the purchase.

Very sturdy and ergonomic to use.
We have had the original Braun and mixer for about 25 years, when it finally gave up the ghost. We have tried a few other brands, all of which were difficult to use from an ergonomic and convenience point of view. Finally, we purchased the current model and could not be more delighted. It is a treat to use and its accessories work very well.

One of the best
We used Braun hand mixer older model for over 10 years and finally give it to a friend. This is a newer model and it looks much stronger. This model has a push immersion function blender, which is really effective while blending stuff. speed control is now in the trigger which is very convenient, but the slowest speed it can perform is a bit fast as per my experience, but you hardly need that slower speed, its just a difference that I feel compare to our old model. Chopper so far working good but the one that came with our older model does not last very long. we still need to see if it improves with this model. overall, I highly recommend Braun hand mixers.

blends to a smooth, fine texture
This blender gives a nice smooth texture, even for kale with some stems (my old immersion blender left stringy bits). The variable speed control is intuitive and covers a good range of speeds. The spring-loaded shaft seems to work well and lets me get a good fine blend even for thick mixtures. Can’t comment on the reliability yet but it doesn’t have the problem of a previous Braun unit I had, on which the flimsy (I think piezoelectric) buttons broke – this unit has a more robust-looking mechanical button.

Strong motor and well made. I use it daily making dog food and whipping heavy cream. Accessories are well designed and work. The chopping blades do a great job on onions i wore out a cheaper blender in less than a year. Save your money and buy the Braun.

The Cuisinart immersion blender that I’ve used for years was finally starting to show its age (squealing bearings), so I did my research and decided on this Braun model. We’ve been very happy with our Braun counter-top blender for many years, so that was a point in its favor. The Braun immersion blender is sturdy, comfortable to use, powerful, easy to adjust the speed, and easy to clean. I especially like the mini-food-processor. Highly recommended.
