The Bluetooth Headset (V5.1) has great sound quality and features, but I had to return it as it didn’t fit my larger head. Still, it’s a solid purchase for the right size!

I received the headset before expected date. The box and feel of headset was top notch and pairing . The quality of calls crackle and always listening to people saying they can’t hear me . Repeat yourself please . Or…. What’s that crackly noise it’s driving me nuts. I’ll talk to u later it is bugging me. It’s really too bad.

A workable choice
It’s certainly not ‘hi-fidelity’ – but it’s inexpensive, lightweight, pairs easily, and so far seems to work well. It does take a bit of fiddling to find how to make it comfortable, thanks to the awkward hard ‘pad’ on the non-active side. But once you sort that out, it feels fine.

I use headsets for 8 hours a day 3x a week. The ear pads were a bit uncomfortable on this one but after a week I got used to it and it now feels ok. I loved how fast and easy it connected to my PC Bluetooth and Apple products. The sound and mic very actually very good. After a year of no problems I proclaimed to my wife that I had finally found an affordable headset that worked well…then it broke. The multi function button (which turns it on and off) stopped working. None of the online solutions worked to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised however with the seller! I contacted them, Caymuller-US, and they replied super quick and admitted that it probably wouldn’t work and offered to send me a free replacement headset which they did within a few days! I’m rating this a 5, not because of the product, but because of the great customer service I got. They were fantastic.
