Nice, Fun Style Blue-Light Protection
These glasses are a fun design with a chunky frame and tortoiseshell colour. If you turn them at an angle, you can actually see the blue reflection in the edge of the glass, which is interesting. They fit comfortably and don’t slide down, staying secure in place. They also aren’t so heavy or tight that they cause headaches with longer term wear. After a while of wear, they will leave little indents on my nose, but most glasses do that and I prefer them to stay in place than not leave indents and slide down all the time.The glasses come with a fun little blue light tester kit, which has a blue-light reactive area so you can shine the light straight on and then through the glasses and see that they do absorb virtually all the blue light. This is a nice feature in general but also helps illustrate what’s going on for anyone not sure how this kind of thing works.They do say they have UV400 protection also, which is possible with clear lenses, though less common. I haven’t had much chance to test this element, but I prefer to keep these at home by my computer and use my dedicated sunglasses for out and about anyway. If you did want to wear these all the time, though, they are sturdy glasses for such purpose. (Note that they are not transition lenses and so will not darken with UV light, in case there is confusion.)Overall, I would recommend these for a stylish, fun blue-light protection option.

Not the blue light filter I like.
I stuck to this brand because I preferred the slight Amber shade of their lenses to other brands that had a blue closer filter that you can actually see. I find the blue filter very distracting. It’s disappointing to find out that they’ve changed their glasses. And now, I’m past the window for return.

Can tell a difference!
From my testing, these make a noticeable impact on the blue light emitted from my computer monitors that would normally reach my eyes. When you put them on, you can instantly tell that it is blocking some of the blue light as the screen becomes much more yellow. I like that I can just put these glasses on instead of fumbling around in the device settings to reduce the blue light (if your device has this option).They are plastic and are fairly lightweight. They probably wouldn’t hold up well if you accidentally sat on them. When you bend and twist them, you can hear the lenses scrape against the frames. So the lenses aren’t a perfect fit and fit a little more loose than higher end specs. It isn’t in my normal routine to just go around bending my glasses frames so this isn’t a huge issue, just kind of shows you the quality of the glasses. They work, but aren’t as nice as more expensive options. These are good for what they are.It was also easy to reshape the arms to better fit my ears with the use of a hair dryer. Just make sure not to heat them up too much before bending them into shape. You want to heat them up just enough so they can be easily bent into shape.Overall, I am enjoying using them and feel like they are doing a good job at blocking some of the blue light. They aren’t perfect but I feel they are a good value.
