Amazing customer service
There’s nothing better than having great service when something goes wrong with the product. It has a year guarantee and they respond pretty quickly and resolve. My daughter’s watch stoped charging, and they replaced the charger in no time. I recommend this product big time!

I got this for my 10yr olds birthday. I didn’t want it to be noisy or have a camera, but wanted her to have the time, alarms, and then some of the fun health stuff she likes to see on our adult smartwatches.The watch faces that are available to customize are fun, it would be nice to be able to load more than 5 on the watch at once. The three puzzle games are perfect, a good time waster if you need onez not so fun that they become a daily distraction. She figured out very easily how to use it, set her own alarms, etc.The battery has been lasting only 1 day, but she’s using it HEAVILY right now while it’s so new. I hope it’ll last a few days once the novelty has worn off and she’s not playing with it quite as much. 🤣

Poor battery or charger quality.
Bought these for my kids at Christmas and neither of the 2 we bought will charge anymore and only vibrate on 1% and turn off again. The only worked for 2 weeks after Christmas and have issues ever since.

Fails to charge
Update: Customer support responded to my review and sent me replacement charging cable which fixed the problem. I am satisfied with the customer support. Hoping that the watch does not break again. Revising the rating to a 4 star.Original report: Bought less than 3 months ago and the charging fails. The watch is now completely out of battery and does not charge. Dropped a message on the BiggerFive customer support and yet to hear back from anyone. I am hoping the 1 year warranty means something and the company fixes the issue. Giving 1 star.

This watch is good value for its price. Has lot of features. OS is not super fast but it is ok for kids use. Most importantly seller has very good customer service.After few months of use, watch had a charging issue where the watch kept vibrating when connected to charger. I reported the issue and seller advised it is an issue with the charging cable. They were arranging a replacement cable to be sent out, but advised no cable stock in Australia. Therefore they sent a new watch to avoid us keep waiting, which was fantastic action by seller.
