Okay for computer screen blue light reduction
It is recommended to stop looking at your computer a few hours before going to sleep because your brain will still think it’s day time while looking at your bright computer screen at night and may affect the time it takes for you to fall asleep. So I got the darker (dark amber) model. After using them a few times, I feel I should have gone with the Light Amber instead, as there is a good amount of discolouration while looking through the lens. But you do get used to it over time. The clip/flip mechanism is nice, as you don’t need to take them off all the time, risking scratching them on the table, although they do come with a nice sleeve for storage.

    Helpful With Eye Fatigue
I wear progressive lenses in my glasses. They were treated with a spray for UV light when I bought them. Over time the sprayed on coating can start to wear off. I do get eye fatigue from looking at the computer screen for extended periods of time. I thought I would try this product as it might help extend the useful life of my glasses a little. It does come nicely packaged with it’s own slip on case. A cleaning cloth is also included. The vendor/manufacturer has included a little thank you note the size of a business card. It invites the purchaser to review the product. I picked the largest size clip-ons because my favorite pair of glasses has a thicker plastic frame without the nose pieces. The piece that clips was very easy to manipulate and get the product on over my glasses quickly. Even with my thick frames it clipped on perfectly. I do notice some eye relief when typing my reviews! I think it will take a little time to get used to wearing it because reading through progressives is different than just regular single vision/reader glasses. However, it is helpful for eye comfort. The clip-on will also “flip up” and stay in place off your lenses when you need to stop using it. Another nice feature because it makes it less susceptible to getting lost or scratches from setting it down all over the place. Overall I was very impressed with the quality and easy to use clamping system. If you wear single vision or reading glasses I definitely recommend this product as a buy. If you wear progressives be aware that it might take a little while longer getting used to wearing it.

    Strains eyes more
Big black clips in your view and the lenses alter your vision and make everything look zoomed in causing even more eyes strain.

Fairly good clip-ons with lovely deep yellow lenses
Most of the yellow-toned lenses I’ve tested lately are relatively light. These Xfeel lenses, however, are a deeper yellow that has a touch of amber to it. I absolutely love this colour, and find it works equally well in sunlight and on overcast days. They’re nice and clear without any rippling in the plastic, but I did notice they’re prone to picking up smudges. The yellow colour reduces a lot of glare, and I found these lenses helped sharpen images noticeably. They’re lightweight, but still feel sturdy. The flip-up action is smooth but, like most clip-ons in this price range, the clamps that hold them on your frames are weak. They’re not terrible, but the lenses can be dislodged fairly easily if you bump them with your hand.Fewer and fewer glasses are coming with cases these days, but I’m glad to say these come with a padded soft case, a carrying pouch, and a cleaning cloth. I was very pleased to see that in this price range. At $19.99 I think they’re priced fairly. It never hurts to shop around a little before buying, but I’m quite happy with them so far. The lenses are going to need to be trimmed down a bit to fit my glasses, but I think these will get a lot of use.My rating: 4.5 stars

A fantastic addition to any screen-intensive lifestyle.
They are easy to clip on and off, making them convenient to switch between different tasks. The lenses are scratch-resistant and easy to clean, maintaining their clarity over time. I also appreciate the included protective case, which keeps them safe and secure when not in use. They provide consistent protection across all devices. The lenses have a slight amber tint, which enhances contrast and visual clarity without distorting colors too much, making them perfect for any activity. The blue light blocking technology is highly effective, filtering out harmful blue light emitted by computers, TVs, and gaming screens. Since I started using them, I’ve experienced a noticeable reduction in eye strain and fatigue. My eyes no longer feel dry and tired after long sessions at the computer, and my sleep quality has improved significantly as well.

    Quality is OK
I use blue light blocking clip-ons for work, and so does my wife. Compared to ones we have, these ones don’t seem as well built. The lenses are thinner. Also, the “Light Amber 70%” orange tinge is dark enough to affect color accuracy. The price is right I guess. And my eyes felt fine after about 4 hours in front of the screen. But for something that’s protecting your precious eyes, I would pay more and get good optical quality lenses. And get the lighter tinge.

Poorly designed. I’ve worn clip on sunglasses all my life that fit well and were much cheaper.

  9. Darth Steampunk

I took a picture of these lenses against the computer screen. These do work, but they are very dark orange. They connected to my glasses well but they were just a bit too dark for me to use them comfortably. So just be aware of the color depth before ordering.

  10. Blessing

It DOES NOT BLOCK BLUE LIGHT. 0% BLOCKAGE!

  11. KristopherJ

These clip-on blue light blocking glasses have rubber feet to protect your glasses from scratches and a spring-loaded release to make it easy to put on and take off. The surface is large enough to cover large glasses and the design adds a nice flair!

More of a 3.5 star product, rounded up to 4. Not the most well made/quality product, but it does clip on to my glasses fine and seems to work well enough. I can see some potential fitment issues depending on the style of glasses. Otherwise, it’s pretty alright when it does fit.
