Comfortable and durable
This chair has a lot going for it, with a solid build and thoughtful design. Arrived fast too!First off, the stability is great. The wheelbase is strong and secure, and the hardware feels high quality with solid threading. The lumbar support actually works, which is a big plus.The seat cushion is super comfortable—probably a mix of pocket coils and foam—giving it just the right amount of support. The mesh material is strong, breathable, and feels like it’ll last. Assembly was a breeze, thanks to clear instructions.Adjustability is another win. The armrests move in three directions (height, depth, and angle), making it easy to find a good position. The back reclines smoothly, while the seat stays level, keeping you in a balanced and ergonomic position.

Not an eight hour chair, but decent
This is not a long-session chair, but for the price it seems durable and comfortable for a couple of hours at a time. The chair padding could be better, and if you were pushing the actual advertised 500lb weight limit I suspect it would become less comfortable much faster. The good news is that it doesn’t have any hard upward flair toward the front of the chair, so nothing pushes into the back of your legs uncomfortably.You can also assemble the chair without adding the arms, if that’s your preference.My problem is the foam isn’t thick enough and/or compresses too much, so it feels like I’m sitting almost directly on the flat MDF/wood that the seat is build upon. After about hour 3, it’s really noticeable and begins to be painful.I’ve bought seven or eight chairs on amazon in an attempt to get ‘the right one’. I regret others much more than this one, but it’s not the last one I’ll buy either.

Bought this chair because I figured it would be great. The chair came with a broken piece, which is the one to make it move up and down.Super disappointed that the email that comes on the instructions page isn’t a legitimate email address.

Easy to assemble and very comfortable
While the seat of this chair has the typical (or even generous) cushioning of other chairs, the mesh back allows for air circulation so prevents overheating. When I was removing all of the components for examination (before beginning assembly) I was a bit concerned that the blister pack of bolts appeared to have been “tampered” with and resealed with tape. However, all of the necessary bolts were present and no assembly problems were encountered. It may be worth noting that assembly was easier than other office chairs because the arms only attach to the seat and not also the the back as with other office chairs. Assembly is easily a one person task. I can’t speak to the claim of supporting 500 pounds – no one in this household is over 200 pounds, so we’re not gonna try to load 3 of us into the chair just to test that claim!

Check parts before assembly
The chair is as described, however, the collar at the bottom was cracked and the parts had all been previously opened and taped shut..otherwise a great chair, nice wide seat, tall back and the adjustable headrest, lumbar support and arm rests is a fantastic detail

For some time now I’ve been trying to find a good office chair. I can confirm this is one of the best chairs on the market. Ease to assemble and comfortable and great value for your money.

Have been experiencing it for almost a week now and am overall very happy with it. It was shipped in bits and pieces, but all of it was assembled for me by my son (almost 10) who watched the installation instructions! The bottom and armrest support parts are metal, so it’s still heavy overall, and I have no problem sitting on it while holding my son, who adds up to almost 300 lbs. The bottom wheels move flexibly and the cylinders adjust freely. The lumbar support is also adjustable, which is very useful for me when I sit for long periods of time, as well as the neck support, which is very comfortable when you close your eyes.
