Really like the chair, good quality , easy assembly , fast delivery and good price. But the outstanding part of this buy was the customer service. There was a minor visual flaw on the chair when it arrived and as soon as i contacted seller they went beyond all expectations as far as customer service goes. Fast replies, very polite and with just a few pictures sent they shipped a replacement piece my way. Everything was settled lightning fast and they made everything perfect. Highly recommended seller

Decent chair, but would’ve been higher rated if lumbar support was adjustable and/or removable
TLDR;I’ve used the chair for about one week now and the chair was not bad for someone my size (5’7,150 lbs), but the non-removable/non-adjustable lumbar “support” was pretty much the only thing stopping me from enjoying the chair to it’s fullest extent. I’ve decided to issue a refund on this chair.PROS:- Has flip up arms, which helps to save space. It’s a little tough to move up and down (this is prebuilt, so it’s not due to my own assembly) but ultimately wasn’t a deal breaker.- For my size it was decently comfortable. It has a faux leather and some meshing plus padding throughout the chair that felt pretty good underneath me.- Assembly process was also not bad, since it was my first time building a chair I took a little longer intentionally to ensure a proper assembly. Didn’t give me too much trouble. I did not have the same experience as others did with defective materials or lines not lining up. Fortunately, this did not reflect my experience.- Reclining function is goodCONS:- The lumbar support is too low to act as a lumbar support and forces your bottom to protrude out while your mid and upper back lean too far back into the chair which did not feel comfortable at all, even if your are wanting to lean back to relax. To test it properly, I sat in that position for about 10 minutes and decided that it ultimately was not going to change its comfortability. I added a cushion (which conveniently fit between the head cushion and lumbar support) and that helped quite a bit. It made leaning back a softer and more supportive resting position. However, I felt that the chair should stand on its own without the need of a cushion.All in all, it was an ok chair despite the not so great lumbar support. If you could remove or adjust it then I might have given it a higher rating.

Edit: Still a great chair, but one of the arm rests just snapped, most likely it was due to me putting too much weight on one side, but it’s made out of plastic so it would have snapped eventually anyway.So let me start off by saying;This is probably the easiest chair I’ve ever had to put together. It took me at the most 40 minutes (only because I kept grabbing the wrong screws and having to double check stuff so often). The only thing “wrong” with the chair I got, was one of the holes in the base didn’t line up correctly so I now have an extra screw, other than that, it was an easy setup.Now onto reclining; I’ll have to admit, I was a little stupid to not check the reviews before I bought it, but I checked after and a lot of people were saying the same thing: “this chair does not recline” and the thing is… it does… as my father quotes all the time “you have to be at least 5% smarter than an object to actually use it”. If you want it to recline, you pull the lever out like ANY other office chair, otherwise your chair will just keep stopping you from reclining and it’ll feel like it’s stuck in the position you set it up in.Onto comfort and chair size;Personally I’d rather have a bigger chair, but I only got this one as a temporary chair for until I move into a more permanent residence. The chair actually is pretty comfy, I’ve been using it since I set it up, and other than wishing the seat or back was slightly bigger, it really is comfy. The arms are a little higher than I’d like but you get what you paid for.If you want any other information about the chair, you’ll just have to go out on a limb and try it out yourself, I mean this is probably the cheapest gaming chair you’ll get for this quality (which is surprisingly good).
