Fantastic purchase
Bought 4 of these a year ago and these have gotten use multiple times a week.No tinfoil, just put everything directly on the pan and scrub clean. No worrying about damaging a non-stick coating. One of our best kitchen purchasesThey do tend to warp at higher heats, but it has no effect on anything we cook and they always pop back into shape.

These are great – they haven’t warped yet. I have used them a few times in the last few weeks since I got them. I just pop them in the dishwasher and occasionally scrub off the hard baked gunk, but they’re really easy to clean and they consistently look shiny and great. I have used them with cookies, chicken, pork, vegetables. I always put down a parchment paper for ease of cleaning, but these guys are easy to maintain.

I’m so glad I bought these stainless steel cookie sheets. The quality is great. The pans are sturdy and easy to clean. I use them all the time. They haven’t warped at 350 or 400. One pan warped a little at 425, but it went right back into shape when it cooled off. The pizza I was baking was unaffected. Great for baking, but I find I have to bake things a little longer than I did on my previous non stick pans. So glad to have a healthier option. I use these all the time and have no regrets about buying them.

Would not recommend
I’m not sure why these baking sheets have good reviews. The main issue for me is that after 3-4 minutes in the oven they bend, a lot. They bend so much that what is on the baking sheet will slide… I would not recommend cooking something liquid (or something that will leak liquid, fat, etc) in these, because if the sheet is too full, the liquid will definitely leak when the sheet bends after a few minutes in the oven… I’ve had many other different baking sheets before and most of them also bended, but these bend a lot more. I would not purchase again nor recommend to anyone, unless you don’t put them in the oven…

Nice but came dented
We picked the wrong size, these are real small, but still useable. Kind of pricey for such small pans. Only issue was they came dented. For such a small pan I wonder how they could be so badly handled with dents in them. That being said they are steel pans so even dented they work fine.

After baking pizza at 350 degrees in these pans, we can say the crust bakes perfectly even and the pans experience no warping during cooking. We roasted vegetables at 400 degrees with the same result. In both cases, the pans were prepped with some olive oil to prevent sticking and that worked fine. The next thing was cleanup, and that was a breeze. The finish remained mirror-like with no discoloration or warping at all. I would buy these again and can recommend them to you: they are high quality and a good value that I believe will last for years.

These stainless cookie sheets are beautiful, sturdy and just the right size that I needed. I’m considering buying a set for my daughter, for her birthday. She rarely replaces pans, or cooking utensils but I’m sure they’d last forever. I work in a school cafeteria and the quality of these pans are outstanding. A happy buyer for sure.
