Quality is great – sturdy, nice finish, performed well when roasting a turkey, and cleaned up easily. Love that it comes with the forks and baster. The forks made easy work of lifting a HOT heavy bird onto a cutting board. I didn’t think I needed these, but I am so glad I had them!

This pan held a 22 1/3 pound turkey for Thanksgiving with ease, I’ve don’t beef roast, pork loin and pork chops in it as well. It is super easy to clean and the rack is far enough above the bottom to keep the meet out of any liquid you want to put in for drippings for gravy making. This pan is not for the dishwasher or for stove top use (for making gravy) according to the directions. The large lifter forks what it comes with are so helpful too. This was a great purchase.

This is our first roasting pan/rack combo and we have used it for roasting whole chickens and pork roast – what a tremendous product that helps make the meat so even and tender. Buy it -you won’t regret it.
