    ALL CLAD NON STICK
I have used All CLAD pots and plans for decades. Years ago, I did buy an All Clad non stick and was incredibly disappointed and was informed that All Clad had discontinued that non stick fry pan. So a few weeks ago, I was at my daughters for a few weeks and she had bought NEW ALL CLAD fry pans and when I used one, I was surprises how well it performed. When I returned home, I ordered a set for myself and love them. I do own several iron cooking pans, but cooking a nice steak words well with the iron as you can heat them searing hot. Cooking delicate fish works much better on non stick. But that’s only my opinion.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves them. Nice, heavy duty and can stand up to the high heat that he uses to make steaks. I needed something withstanding since he killed the ceramic pans trying to sear meats, lol. He also wanted pans that can go from the stove top to the oven, which these can do. I looked at other brands that were more expensive, but I’ve had All Clad pans in the past and these are just as good as cookware that’s twice as expensive. Worth the money.

We love them, bought these to replace our Gotham set that lasted us a year. These pans are great nothing has stuck, just have to wait to see if they will last longer then the other set we had!

I love my All-Clad skillets. The 12-inch skillet is perfect for sautéing chicken, pork or beef; and then popping it right into a very hot oven to finish the cooking process. It cleans up beautifully. I also like the weight of these skillets. They are really sturdy and hold up well in the oven at high temperatures. So far I have not had a problem with scratches; however, I do use tools that are made for teflon coated surfaces.

These are just great pans and perform every bit as well as the overpriced cookware that I’ve purchased in the past. And If you haven’t got their griddle yet, it’s the best. Heat distribution is perfect, the nonstick surface is truly nonstick. They are a very sturdy and robust pan and the handles never get too hot to the touch. And they’re light enough to lift but still have the helper handle on the other end. These are great and highly recommended.

I don’t like the handles[to skinny]and the heft of the pans.
