All-Clad items can be pricey, but in my experience they deliver what you pay for. This large 3-layer stainless steel plan is no exception. You can saute or fry in it, and it’s great for pretty much anything that requires a large surface and uniform heat across the surface. Cleaning is easy especially if you allow some soak time with hot soapy water. (For any stubborn stains Bon Ami powder works great.) Finally, it’s fully compatible with an induction cooktop, as you’d expect from the multi-layer All-Clad pots and pans.

This pan is labeled as a Sunday supper pan. But it has far more uses. My planned uses are for stir fry, paella, roasted vegetables, and for one pot meals. The pan is large, but not as heavy as it looks. This pan will be used many times. Especially during the holidays.

OK, premium bucks for a premium brand, but it is all quality. Very few pans of this size are available at any price.

I love all-clad, but this didn’t seem to be the quality of my other pans. The lid had all weird scuff like marks all around it on arrival. The inside of the pan had a mark as well. There was no warranty card inside like there usually is. I mean it’s probably still a great pan when I get around to using it, but I’d expect better for the price.

A bit on the pricey end however, it should last a few lifetimes if cared for as a professional or good home cook would.
