When it comes to making sauce, gravy, or other liquidy foods, the saucepan is your go-to. Its high, straight sides lend itself well for frequent stirring or whisking that comes with making sauces, limiting spilling. And the smaller surface area holds heat well and limits evaporation. As part of our D3 Collection, this Saucepan features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel all the way around the surface, for fast and even heat. At 3 quarts in size, it’s just right for making sauces, heating liquids, cooking food in liquids and reheating. To keep your All-Clad looking brand new, we recommend washing your cookware with a soap and sponge instead of the dishwasher. Like all our bonded cookware, it’s handmade in the USA at our Canonsburg, PA factory with ultra-durable materials that’ll last a lifetime and never go out of style. A flat, stainless-steel lid is included to lock in moisture. Handles & handle loops are made in China.

    works great on Induction
Best medium saucepan I ever bought. 3 ply solid and very well made. easy to clean and a joy to cook with. I will be handing these down to our kids, and they will in turn hand them down to theirs. Don’t skimp and keep buying stuff you will throw out every few years and instead pay a bit more and buy this pan and/or set of D3 like we did and you will have a lifetime of great enjoyable cooking. We bought the D3 set but wanted another medium pan so bought this. very happy.

    Awesome as usual
Fantastic pot (3QT) with one flaw. Pouring liquids out of this 90% of the time will result in spills. For the hefty price tag on this you’d think there would’ve been a little more thoughtfulness put into the design. It’s also much heavier than you think it’ll be, even if you already own some All-Clad (could be the 3 foot long steel handle Hahaha)

    Love these pots!!
Super happy I tried out this brand and am very pleased with this product. I got so sick of buying Teflon plans that would somehow always get scratched and flaking. These are amazing and I don’t find them to be any extra work to clean. I make a point to soak them as soon as I’m done using them but no extra elbow grease is needed to clean. They are excellent quality and I look forward to buying more products from All-Clad. Worth the investment!

    High quality pan
I love cooking at home. I used to buy pan at regular stores like everyone else. Then I got concerned about teflon after watching a video about teflon’s toxicity. Anyway, after investigating, I found stainless steel and cast iron are the best. It is an expensive pan but it’s suppose to last decades. So in the long run it is a smart investment. Heat distribution is excellent and you can put in it the oven. It’s dishwasher safe. It is worth the money.

    Perfect size and function
Love this little pot – I cook everything in it ! Since this is an investment piece, it is pricey compare to other brands. You need to clean it with vinegar or friend’s bar soap to get rid of stain from time to time. It is worth it since not putting any harmful chemicals in our body.

Most used versatile sauce pot of all!
I bought the 2 quart sauce pot to complete my set of all-clad. It turned out that I use it more often forOatmeal cereal, pasta hard boiled eggs than any other sauce pan! It’s real work horse! It heats up quickly and is very easy to clean!

  7. Brenda R.

    Sturdy, beautiful Sauce Pan!
It’s sturdy yet not unbearably heavy. Easy to clean. Beautiful finish. The size is just perfect to cook for my baby. When I make lentils, chickpeas or oatmeal it gets spots at the bottom. I clean it with white vinegar & it looks just like new. I’ll be getting another one.

    Not that fun to use
I actually don’t like it as much as I thought I would. I’ve been building my All-Clad set slowly over the years (as their stuff is crazy $$$, clearly). I got this 3 quart on sale for $133 like new which is a steal but honestly the moment I picked it up I was like ‘oh…hmmm’. The thing weighs a ton, the handle is insanely long, like wayyyy too long, and the sidings are course and sharp…again, the thing is heavy, really heavy in your hand, it just isn’t that quick go to pot (don’t know why they call it a saucepan, it’s a pot, a pan is a pan, and this is a pot) for making rice or reducing sauce etc. It’s a tank and it’ll last a century but it’s not practical in my opinion. The Cuisinart pots I destroyed over the years were actually easier to use, and they were two for $90. The dilemma: Do you buy a pair of shoes at Winners for $90 and they last 2 years or do you spend $450 on shoes from Germany and they last a lifetime but take years to break in? I’m really hoping this pot grows on me but for now, it’s just a hassle and it hurts my wrist just to take it off the shelf, kinda clunky and cumbersome….stock pots are supposed to be clunky and cumbersome…anything under 4-5 quarts is not, it’s supposed to be for quick, smaller batch use.

A melhor panela do mundo. Inacreditavel

  10. Eduardo Hernandez Ruiz

se calienta uniformemente, muy rapido, incluso ahorras gas, funciona bien.

  11. AndrewH

Excellent sauce plan – well designed handle and a pot that heats and retains its heat well. And after cooking it is a pleasure to clean – even if something has caught. Well worth the money – a saucepan for life

  12. Manfred Schulz

Was soll man sagen? All-Clad eben.
