Not the best for me
This product did not do too much for me and my IBS. But that could just be me. TI discovered that the product has dairy in it, so after taking one full box, I realized this and stopped taking it. I am now 100% dairy free, and on a different probiotic that does not have dairy, and I am doing much better. If you can tolerate dairy, perhaps this product would work better for you. I tried it years ago too and I felt that I needed something stronger so switched away from this back then too. It is marketed as a good one for ibs, but it just is not a good one for me and my IBS.

This is one of my favorite probiotics. Been through many boxes of these. Yes, it’s pricey.Been taking probiotics for over 20 years. This is one of the few that’s doctor recommended. Works better than others when it comes to bloating and IBS issues.
