There must different types of Vortex Plus 6qt air fryers because this rack doesn’t fit either way you turn it. You can turn it sideways and shove it in, but it scrapes the sides heavily. If you have one with a wider front and shorter length it will fit. Not returning as the price is almost worth the 8 rubber pieces that come with it.

I like it better than the one that came with my Air Fryer. The middle mini-handle is a near must. I’ll most likely order another when the time comes. I found it best to pair with- well, air fryers in general- an oven mit with finger slots, at least two. It might seem odd, but it makes it much easier. My only complaint is that it’s already rusting in spots, but I use it quite a bit, and I’m not the most diligent at immediately cleaning it.

I bought this to replace existing for the very same reason I only rate this at 3 stars. It just doesn’t get completely clean. I have tried a lot of different methods, power wash dawn, soaking, dishwasher, sos pads, vinegar and baking soda, etc…The residue from cooking the food just doesn’t go away. I suggest using some kind of liner with this product at all times.

It looked just like the original grill pan. However, the little handle in the center used to lift it out will not lie flush with the surface. A small nit to pick, but odd. It doesn’t affect functionality just looks weird and seems like it should be a simple thing for the engineers to achieve. But it’s a perfectly useful replacement part or additional part. Glad to have it.
