Amazing quality
I was so impressed with the quality of this desk. Felt very durable and heavy and the motor is very quiet and smooth when going up and down. The desk is also very sturdy when moving and none of your items will fall off. A selling feature for me was the actual plug outlets on the side and not just USB/lightning ports as my laptop charger is a traditional plug. I also loved how sleek and modern the tabletop touch screen. Great value for price as a desk like this in store would go for $800+

Great desk – I wanted a smaller standing desk that was very simple/modern looking. Love the tempered glass it’s a great desk. Some people say the charger doesn’t work? I thought it worked great, but you have to leave the phone on and sometimes it takes a minute to register and then it charges. It works great for me.

If you don’t want to throw $520 away, read this Review. The table looks very nice in the pictures and videos, but it doesn’t work well and the customer service is terrible. If you don’t return in less than 30 days you will be left with the loss forever, they will not fix the defects and the most they will offer you is $15CAD for the defect. I really regret buying it, it doesn’t work for anyone.Advantage:- It is beautiful and easy to assemble. Just that!Disadvantages:- WiFi charging doesn’t work, even when you put your cell phone and iPod without a case, they won’t charge. You need to keep moving the cell phone and iPod until you find the point where it shows a charging signal and then it stops and doesn’t actually charge anything even if you don’t remove it from the place where the charging signal initially showed. (I saw several other reviews saying it doesn’t work)- The table doesn’t open that easily and mine simply fell on one side in the second month after purchase. From what I saw, it was missing a screw and there is no way to easily install a screw, you would have to disassemble part of the table. (There are other reviews complaining about the table)- Terrible customer service. When I contacted the company to fix it, they told me to try to fix it. When I said there was no way I could fix it and asked them to send someone to fix it, they said they couldn’t do anything other than give me $15CAD.- There is no guarantee from the company, there is only a 30-day return via Amazon.- Uses two power cables, one for the sockets and one for controlling the table. They could have done it in a way that only needed one. So that it doesn’t look so ugly, there are lots of cables coming from the table to the socket.- Does not support monitor arms, the glass layer is thin and the table has no cover below the glass. If you intend to add a monitor support, do not buy it.PS: It’s no longer working after 1 year.After I wrote this review, the company offered me a full refund, but when I requested it, they suddenly stopped responding to me. I complained that the table was no longer working and I didn’t receive the refund even after 4 months of requesting it but they don’t give any answers.

I love this desk!
Here’s what you need to know if you are buying this desk. Two men deliver it and it is heavy, but I managed to move the box where I needed it to go and set the desk up by myself. I did pull the box with a blanket underneath it and then remove the individual parts inside the box (I’m a 5’5 woman with not a lot of muscles these days for reference). The actual top of the desk is still pretty heavy. Assembly went well and it’s really easy because there aren’t many parts and you don’t need any extra tools … but when I plugged it in, it wouldn’t go up and down and I could tell there was no power getting to the desk. After many frustrated ‘yelling’ moments I rolled under the desk to look at the cords and try to figure out what was wrong and couldn’t see anything but by pulling on one of the cords that feeds into a panel under the desk I could tell it was no longer plugged in. I couldn’t unscrew that section to get underneath it, but luckily with my small hands I was able to reach through the holes in the section and force the connection. It wasn’t easy and that is why I only gave the desk a four star rating! The desk works perfectly going up and down. The top does get dirty though, but that may be the cat constantly walking across it – who also can move the desk up and down if he walks on the control panel on the top of the desk. Don’t worry though there is a LOCK function! I recommend this desk 100%.

Good quality but poor support!
Although the product’s quality and design are satisfactory, the customer service provided by the company is lacking. I have attempted to contact the supplier regarding the defects on the product, specifically the fractions and dots on the top of the color, but my efforts have been unsuccessful. This issue raises concerns about the reason behind the lower price of the white product compared to the others! The rubber base is damaged and the color is scratched, as shown in the picture. The wireless charging and touch keys are of high quality, but the design has a major flaw: the right side of the desk is reserved for the phone charger, which takes up a significant amount of space and leaves less room for work or other items. This is a major concern considering the price of the desk. The only features that enticed me to purchase this desk were the wireless charger, touch keypads, and dual motors. Otherwise, I would have opted for a larger and more affordable desk.

Great desk!
As expected, feels solid but a little side to side flex is to be expected when above 100 (of whatever unit is used) but nothing to annoying, the drawer is hard to open and small but is a nice plus compared to most desks that simply don’t have it , it has fast movement and sounds like quality motors, graded 8.8 hardware ! Numbers on the bolt bag aren’t obvious noticed then when I was done haha time will tell for the durability but the legs and motors are really heavy doesn’t look fragile at all

Well built desk
The desk is well built very sturdy and comfortable. The safety features are nice and stop me from damaging anything above or below the desk during raising and lowering. All functions and features work as expected and I am very satisfied
