Lovely Dutch Pot
I like this pot, a bit on the heavy side and good quality. I’ve only used it on the stove top so far. It seems to stick a bit but maybe I haven’t heated it up enough. I’d buy again.

Don’t waste money
Only the look is good and this because it looks like Staub the rice cocotte! The rest is not up to standard. The outer enamel glaze is easily scratched and leaving black streaks behind just after the first use. The interior will easily rust making it looks horrible.

This is a cast enamel pot. We all know what it’s meant to look like, yet it doesn’t cost $200. It’s heavy and holds heat very well after you get it hot, which does take a couple minutes. I have had no problems with staining or sticking. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
