    This book has a lot of terrific information especially if you are an adult with ADHD. The suggestions really helped organize my day. The book is laid out well and gets directly to the point. This book helps me understand myself better and has helpful tips and practical advice. Well written and easy to read. I can’t wait to start using these ideas in my life! I especially like the time-blocking plan and using coded colors on my planner! Great tips!

As someone that deals with many teenagers that have ADHD, it is important for me to be able to spot it and pivot to help those that need it.     I would recommend reading over the table of contents and how many pages are devoted to each subject before purchasing. I found several headings intriguing but found there were only 2 or 3 pages devoted to the topic. I really wanted to learn how to do a daily routine. I can’t seem to execute one with any regularity. This section of the book only served to say that a routine is helpful for folks with ADHD as it decreases our decision fatigue and helps us keep overwhelming feelings at bay. But it didn’t answer the question as to why I can’t seem to comply with one that I designed for myself. Maybe this was too much of an ask from the book. Please note, there is no indication that the author has any medical or psychological training.
