These cast iron pans have a smooth surface to provide even heat distribution for improved cooking and frying from stovetops to induction cooktops. These frying pans have a low maintenance requirement as they are in the pre-season, but we recommend you season before each use to maintain the non-stick approach. As it is cast iron, it should be hand washed with warm water and restored with natural oils that do not use soap or dishwasher. Heavy duty as they are made of high quality cast iron, can be effortlessly used to provide an even heat source for searing, frying, sautéing, grilling and frying your food. These skillets are a great 8 inch size giving you plenty of space in your skillet so a range of meals can be prepared and cooked in your pan. Of course, the pans have a non-stick patina surface that will last a lifetime and they are oven safe at any temperature. However, we recommend that you rinse with warm water and use a brush or scraper to remove stuck parts and scrub, rinse and wipe with salt and oil for really stuck food. After cleaning, we recommend drying the pan and coating a thin layer of oil. Then the pan is ready until it can be used again.
This Pre-Seasoned cast iron pan is ideal for Tarte Tatin, steak, fish, omelettes and more!
The naturally non-stick patina finish will last a lifetime and it is oven safe to any temperature
Metal utensils and high temperatures for searing steaks can be used without damaging these tough pans.
Approx size 12″ (l) including handle x 8″ (diameter) x 3″(h)

Great for Tarte Tatin! It looks quite rustic yet very solid. You would think it’s been in the family for generations and makes the tarte tatin look as if an seasoned chef prepared it 😅, even if you’ve never made one before.I needed mine the next day, so ordered this one as was inexpensive and I could get the next day delivery, thinking I would buy a more expensive French brand one anyway.. However, when it arrived and I cooked in it, I am so glad I got it! I will not be upgrading to a more expensive one – this one is perfect ! Ps. Tarte was the right size for 4

Bought this as my first cast iron pan and I’m so happy with the purchase! It heats up really well and even though I’ve only used it once so far, it totally changes the taste of the food! No sticking if you use it properly.Definitely worth the money! It is heavy, but that’s what you expect from cast iron. Probably not the best for tossing food, unless you’ve got strong wrists, but if you don’t need to move the pan while cooking, it’s perfect. The people who give bad reviews because of the size – it states quite clearly in the description how big it is. It is small, but for what I need it for, it’s perfect size. Also, obviously the handle will get hot, so make sure you’ve got a towel on hand!Overall, I. Love. It. Can’t wait to try more foods On it

Despite what the seller states thus skillet was neither pre-seasoned nor nonstick, it will require to be fully seasoned before I use it again – I tried frying an egg and it stuck.
