Do not purchase
Purchased this item and was very excited to get it! Unfortunately upon turning on, it is smoking and a horrible burning plastic smell coming from the inside electrical component. Super disappointed as this is an item you would typically leave in your home to cook while you’re at work etc. and this could have ended very badly – The fire department has recommended the item be discarded. Seller has requested the item to be sent back in order for a refund, but due to the size of the item it’s not necessarily easy to bring it right back to the shipping company.Seller didn’t have anything to say other than “send it back” over and over.

The worst customer service ever
They wouldn’t even let me send it back it was a Christmas gift and it didn’t work gave me $20 back never will I ever buy anything for them again they said it was past 2 months but they didn’t get back to us and it was also for Christmas not happy at all very upset I give i give they 0 stars
