Great build quality, comfortable, easy assembly
I have been looking for a good reclining chair for a while. This is literally the best I have sat on so far. It has a solid and expensive feel to it and the material quality is on point. Does not creek at all and the wheels have perfect resistance. Came in nice and compact packaging and was very easy to assemble in 10 minutes. I can fall asleep on it while it is reclined. There was no odor after unpacking so that is appreciated as well. I think the price is pretty good as reclining office chairs such as this one are usually a lot more expensive.

Misaligned, physically couldn’t be built
TLDR: I couldn’t build it due to misaligned screw holes that made it impossible to proceed.Building was fine up until I had to screw in the backplate to the backrest. The holes were severely misaligned and just overall very sloppy, making it physically impossible for me to actually screw it on. Buyer beware.

Large, Sturdy Chair
I’ve had this chair for about 3 days but so far it’s a great one in my opinion. If I can update later I will try to do that a few months from now to see if it’s still as good.That being said, the only reason I haven’t given the chair 5 stars is because it did come with two small scuffs. They were both very small, but it was disappointing nonetheless.I’ve provided a photo of another chair (blue and black) that I had before which I thought was pretty big, but the one I bought is bigger. Although bigger than my old one, this new chair is lighter in comparison.It took two people to build but I feel if I was alone then I still could’ve done it myself. For the foot rest photo, I am 5 foot 5 inches for comparison.The reclining handles for both the vertical and the leaning features are very sturdy as well. I feel safe using them as they lock into place nicely.

I am extremely happy with this purchase it’s a great quality. Leather is so soft, it is very easy to install this chair. Great value for money. Great look and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this chair definitely worth the money.

It makes my back pain worse
This chair is the worst. It’s giving me the worst back pain. I am almost crying everyday. At first I thought it was in my head or because it’s new and I’ll get used to it. It’s been over a month.I am someone who has to sit all day in meetings and I can’t even be in this chair for 30 minutes without being in pain

Not as advertised
Title calls this a 400lb chair (the reason I purchased it) Upon building this unit, the directions state it is a 300lb max chair. A 25% error, I was not too happy but the build quality looks good so I can only hope.

We were excited to use this chair for it’s big/tall claims, thinking it was simply the weight capacity. I appreciate that the foot rest and back padding are robust for supporting a heavier person. Sometimes it’s difficult to get comfortable in my lower back against an office chair, but this one has adequate padding in a supportive shape around the lumbar and hips. The arms are great, adjusting with the recline as necessary. I wish the casters were a bit larger, so I might swap them out in the future, but those that came with it work fine on hard floor or a floor mat. It’s been great to use, thank you~

I bought the chair in November 2024. Four months later, in March 2025, the Office Chair Mechanism is Broken.The description for the chair states, “400 lbs Big and Tall Office Chair,” but that is not the case. Waste of money, highly upset with this product! The part to fix the chair is nearly half the price of the original chair.

I wouldn’t say it’s a big and tall though, it’s about the same width as any other computer chair I’ve sat in. Footrest moves in and out smoothly, isn’t the most sturdy as it will bend down when my husband uses it. Looks really nice, easy to reach levers to adjust height and recline, goes back pretty far

It did say “Big and Tall” in the description so I am not removing a STAR, but for me at 5′ 11″, the seat is a little too long for me. The other 2 similar office chairs I have measure 19″ from the front of the seat to where the back of the seat meets the backrest. So if I back up to those chairs where the back of my legs are touching the front of the seat and sit down, my back is touching the backrest. With this chair measuring measure 21.5″ from the front of the seat to where the back of the seat meets the backrest, when I sit down, my back does not touch the backrest if my knees are bent at a 90 degree angle.I like the quality of the materials. The seat, armrests, footrest and backrest are very comfortable. The parts all fit together very well and the book was clear on the instructions to install. This chair feels well made and it feels like it will last a very long time.
