I love the minimalist approach to this tracker. Very simple and to the point. Plenty of room to write. I think the lack of a binder or cover helps in that your list is visible to you, right there in front of you. If you see it, and read it, you will be more apt to follow thru. I fill out my new week every Sunday morning. The use of this weekly tracker has kept me on point and following thru with my commitments to myself. Checking off those daily boxes gives one a sense of accomplishment. The paper is of good quality too.

I bought this after reading Atomic Habits. I was looking for a reasonably priced habit tracker that I could fill out and hang on the fridge to hold myself accountable. It’s no-frills but has everything I need. And it’s helping me develop and follow through on the good habits that will help me get to my goals.

I have tried several different weekly trackers and this is the best one I have found! I really like that it starts on Sunday and I also like the simple design.I took off a star because the heading is written in lower case letters and this really bugs me. I was surprised because the designer of these notepads is an engineer – I would have guessed that it looked wrong to her detail-oriented eye as well.I found a simple hack if the heading bothers you too- use a black pen to make the “w’ upper case.

I really wanted a checklist of this size which would be of use in more than one area – and this fills the bill.
